About the adventure

Your Journey as awakened have begun... When a catastrophic dungeon raid ends in the total annihilation of the Royale Guild, a handful of survivors emerge forever changed. Drawn to the brink of death and back, each has undergone an unprecedented transformation—Awakening, unlocking powers no one in the Nation has seen before. Once ridiculed as the weakest guild in the region, these newly empowered heroes now stand at the threshold of destiny. Branded as the lone survivors of a disastrous failure, the party inherits a ruined guild hall, a shattered reputation, and crushing debts owed to rival guilds and regional authorities. To rise from obscurity, they must rebuild their guild from the ground up—recruiting allies, securing resources, and proving themselves worthy of recognition in a world where only strength commands respect. Across the City, ominous Gates tear open reality, spilling deadly monsters into the world. These dimensional rifts serve as both threat and opportunity: The heroes will need to Dive into Dungeons to defeat ferocious creatures, Harvest magical resources and rare loot, Level up their unique awakening abilities, Claim Gate rights to increase their guild’s standing and wealth and Every Gate conquered brings them fame—or infamy. As the heroes grow, they enter a cutthroat landscape of powerful guilds, political scheming, and dangerous secrets. Negotiating alliances with rival guilds, forging diplomatic ties, and navigating the world’s shifting power structure become as essential as surviving combat. Some guilds seek cooperation; others want control—or vengeance for past failures. 🔹Receive +1 Modifier to Skills each level 🔹You are given a Bastion base and raise it up as the strongest guild 🔹You are Hunters awakened with superhuman abilities tasked with fighting these monsters and protecting humanity. About me

Hello there, adventures new and old! Since you're browsing and looking for a game to join, let me tell you a bit about myself first and foremost. I have been into fantasy ever since I was a young lad, be it literature, games, or art. I am also an avid video gamer, pc gamer and have played old RPG game from the early 80s to now. But there is nothing more I enjoyed most but playing roleplaying games with friends and strangers on the table. That was the time I had my first contact with the Tabletop RPG genre, I fell in love with it. I could not only enjoy adventures and worlds made by others by then, and now I could make my own and shared my stories with others. I started with a lot of other RPGs and became a DM at 18. More than twenty years later, I have been the DM in a plethora of campaigns and events. I've played with and hosted in my hometown and city with huge number of friends and strangers in houses, gaming stores, events, conventions, and gaming clubs. I take real care when introducing people to the hobby as everyone's first time should be special so they can love the hobby as much as I do. My main goal is to have fun games where my players can feel comfortable and become invested in the world I created and the players can journey in. Nothing makes me feel happier in RPGs than listening to my players enthusiastically recount the tales we have created together and then coming back for more. As they say, the degree of success for a session or campaign is judged by how long after the players talk about it. As far as paid DMing is concerned, it is my firm belief that a professional DM is expected to have high standards in his attitude towards the game and the players. And you can expect as such from me. If all the above got your attention, I hope I will see you in one of my games!

Character creation

Creating your character

You will use the latest D&D 2024 Character Sheet, you are even allowed to use either 2014 or 2024 Character Classes or even homebrew builds [which should be discussed with me prior before the campaign starts]

The current party

Be Who You Want To Be, Not What You Should Be For The Party. This is an EXP old-school RPG, no milestone as requested by the players during Session 0. You get EXP from Exploration, puzzle solving, monster slaying and roleplaying.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

The only things a player needs for this game is a microphone. A webcam is optional. Getting familiar with Discord for audio and Roll20 for maps is beneficial but not necessary. However roll20 to be tested is highly recommended for dice rolling, improved maps and the visual showcase. If a player has access to the D&D Books from Roll20 rules to go over it will help them quickly pick up the game.
