Creating your character
This is intended for 3rd level characters. Players can choose any non-monstrous and non-flying race. Martial classes would fit best in this theme but run your idea by me and we can see what we can do. A marine background or even mercenary background could come with a bonus, although the benefit of an explorer or scientist can have its benefits too!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a solid working mic, a free discord account, a way to track their character (i.e. paper sheet, etc.) which to which I recommend D&D Beyond, and a way to roll some dice. Although it is not a requirement, I do recommend a webcam as I feel it helps with roleplay! A brief overview of the D&D 5e rules wouldn't hurt but not necessary!

How Andy creates a safe table
