About the adventure
In the centuries since we abandoned Earth That Was and found a new galaxy with dozens of planets and hundreds of moons to terraform and make our own, we have seen war and famine, but also hope to begin anew. You do what you can to eke out a living in this new world, exploring new moons and carving out a space for you and your crew to survive, and have a little fun in the hard hand the universe has given humans. About me
Hello there! I'm Anya (she/her) and I'm an American expat living in Germany. I have 25 years of acting experience and have been playing a variety of TTRPGs for 16 years, GMing for the last 6 years. While English is my native language, I am also fluent in French and (mostly) fluent in German. I regularly guest on streamed Actual Plays on Twitch, from Girls Run These Worlds to EUphoria to Live from the Apocalypse and more! I also recently won the 2025 CRIT Award for Best Indie GM! While D&D 5e is certainly a staple, I adore exploring the less common/popular TTRPGs, such as my personal favorite, Candela Obscura, and got my start in the Serenity RPG back in college. Creating your character
We will do character creation and ship selection in the first session to ensure that everyone is on the same page and to have a well-rounded table. Anything that players would like to keep secret from other players can be a private discussion prior to or after character creation.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Basic webcams and mics are perfectly fine! This isn't a streamed Actual Play, and the important thing is that we are able to see each other and understand one another. Please have a basic understanding of the rules of 5e, but you don't need to be an expert by any means! That's what I'm here for. You are welcome to have your own physical dice to play with, or you can use virtual dice on websites such as D&D Beyond or even just Google's dice rolling system.

How Anya creates a safe table
I will send out a copy of the form-fillable Lines & Veils PDF to all players prior to the game, and we will discuss these in session zero with names stripped away to be anonymous. There will be no graphic gore in this game, as it is one of my lines, and will be at most fade to black. If at any time a player needs to modify their Lines & Veils, they are absolutely welcome to message me privately and we will pivot/update that information accordingly. After each session, we will give a quick recap of how the session went and if there are any shifts in tone needed to ensure that all players have an enjoyable time.
