Welcome Adventurers to Myth-Speaker, an adventure on the Island Nation of Iblydos (Fantasy Greece), where you will compete in sporting events, unlock your (Mythic) Destiny as one of the rare Hero Gods, and throw punches at the Titans, Gods, or... RIVERS?!... that stand in your way! 🗺️The Adventure🗺️ You will be arriving on Bailax to enjoy a festival that quickly turns out to be more than you bargain for as a strange meteorite descends like a portent from heaven. This fragment will not only unlock your mythic destiny, but also threaten to embroil all of Iblydos in war and revelry, even as your new powers threaten to consume you. Pass the trials, master yourself and the powers you wield, and save the Hero Gods of old. 🪽Mythic Adventures🪽 This is a level 1-10 mythic adventure where you will have access to powers beyond what most characters wield. Using the spark of divinity residing within you, you can bend rivers, unlock the doors of heaven, or throw mountains. Your imagination is the limit on this adventure and the world will quake with your steps! 🎭Roleplay🎭 With Mythic Power comes mythic... shenanigans. Your mythic might extends well beyond the battlefield. You can be as charming as Orpheus, as seductive as Helen of Troy, as charismatic as Joan D'arc. Greetings Adventurers! I am Galdizan, a seasoned Game Master with decades of experience. I am also a gamer, an anime fanatic, and a lover of stories. My journey into the realm of tabletop gaming began during a stormy night at camp where a friend asked if I wanted to try out Dungeons and Dragons. Little did I know this event would spark a passion that led me to craft and explore an astounding array of diverse settings and adventures, with people from many walks of life. I've been running games for a long time, and it's often seen me through the challenges that life offers. A chance to escape the day to day, and to explore a fantasy realm surrounded by friends, companions, co-workers, or strangers, is an uplifting and an experience that I hope everyone gets to enjoy. There are a lot of things that keep me coming back to TTRPG's, the shared laughter after a win, the looks of horror as some new monster appears, the moments of joy and celebration after a hard fought victory, or the tearful goodbyes as a companion falls. But the thing that drives all of this is the players who join my table. Each of them brings a unique set of experiences to my games, and allows us all to create memorable moments together.

Creating your character
Characters begin at level 1 with a standard 15GP start. It is recommended to use a background from the Myth-Speaker Players guide and to use Pathbuilder2E for character creation. I allow players to use uncommon / rare options on a case by case basis. Please ask before selecting these options. Characters begin this adventure at level 1.
