About the adventure
This darker campaign follows a party as they claw their way back out from the Underdark. The depths go deeper than anyone could imagine, and nothing that lurks down here seems to have a friendly encounter in mind! After being dragged down to the depths, they must escape to the surface! However, the journey doesn't end just by reaching sunlight again. There are others trapped below, and the Dwarven settlement of Gauntlgrym is in need of aid from those who have already braved the Underdark before. Without your help, the war band they have put together is surely to march to their deaths as they head down to stop the demons from destroying the world! About me
After writing in the game industry, I thought it would be beneficial to take my talent and upgrade from player to Game Master. Prior to joining StartPlaying, I spent around two years running various campaigns for multiple groups, both module-based and homebrewed, and practiced my skills in this role. Now, I believe I can deliver an entertaining and unique experience.

Creating your character
All stats should be rolled with the standard 4d6 drop the lowest system. I do like to be on a call via Discord with the player as the character is being created so I can better understand what they are looking for their character to be in the adventure. It also allows me the opportunity to aid in the creation, if the player has any questions.
The party is currently Level 3 and have only managed to find two cities so far. Both cities are on the edge of Darklake and they currently plan not to venture back onto the open waters again, due to volatility. Team is comprised of: - Cleric - Rogue - Pugilist (Official, Monk-like, boxing-based class) - Curist (Personal Homebrew [well tested], Wizard-like, cobbler-based class) Sessions will be 3 hours long and are to be held every Monday night from 630-930pm EST. Please note that I stream the campaigns on Twitch - for the purpose of archiving your campaign for future viewing - and with that, each player has the opportunity to use a webcam, but that is optional.
