About the adventure
For ages, the orcs of Belkzen have been marginalized, subjugated, and vilified, relegated to the rocky northern wastes. Yet in recent battles waged against their undead nemeses, orcs showed the world that they have a common enemy—the evil lich-lord known as the Whispering Tyrant. Now, openminded leaders like Ardax the White-Hair have initiated a grand diplomatic campaign to bury old grudges and forge alliances across the continent. There are few takers. In the Triumph of the Tusk Adventure Path, the PCs are dignitaries representing the few orc communities or foreign organizations who answered Ardax’s call. Their mission of peace soon turns violent when supernatural weather disasters, betrayals, undead uprisings, and even deicide turn the orcs’ homeland into a desperate battlefield. With the PCs’ help, Belkzen won’t just survive, but will earn the respect it has always deserved! This exciting new adventure path plays directly into the events of the "War of the Immortals". Witness the aftermath of Gorum's demise, as the orcish pantheon struggles to come to terms with the death of the lord of battle. With brand new items, character options and archetypes inspired by the war culture of Golarion's orcs.

About me
Greetings, adventurers. My name is George, and I have been immersing myself in TTRPGs since around 2001. My journey into the realm of Game Mastering took a serious turn with the release of Pathfinder. My background in theatre, history, and education has been instrumental in shaping my GM style, which emphasizes dramatic conflict, challenging decisions, and character development. I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with a diverse and international player population, both online and in person. This experience has enriched my understanding of the game and its global appeal. The games I run are primarily drawn from official Paizo publications for Pathfinder, supplemented by key resources from publishers like Kobold Press and Sly Flourish. In each campaign, I make it a point to engage with the player characters’ backgrounds. This begins with a session zero where we collaboratively create characters that align with the theme of the campaign. Each campaign I run is a unique world unto itself. I strive to create a distinctive and consistent atmosphere for each one, whether it’s the dark and grim tone of a horror campaign or the epic battles of a high fantasy adventure. Some campaigns may include unique mechanics tailored to their theme. My games, even when played remotely online, aim to emulate the feel of a traditional tabletop experience as much as possible. I prefer to keep technology from overwhelming the gameplay, allowing us to focus on the human elements of the game - the people around our virtual table. I am always available to answer questions through this site. If you have any doubts before signing up for a session, please contact me. I am always eager to hear from established parties who are looking for a new GM. Whether you have already been gaming together, or you are a group of friends, coworkers, or a family group, I would love to embark on an adventure with you. I am also open to requests from existing/ongoing groups for a specific campaign for your party. Whether you have a published module in mind or just an idea that you’d like to develop, I’m here to help you play the game you want to play! Remember, the essence of tabletop gaming is to have fun and create memorable stories together. Let’s roll the dice!

Creating your character
This adventure path begins with the characters at level 3, and so a little bit of familiarity with Pathfinder 2nd Edition is assumed. While heavily orch-themed, the adventure doesn't expect all players to play orcs - we will be using the Ancestry Paragon optional rule so that everybody can share in the orcish culture. We will also use the Free Archetype optional rule and the Gradual Ability Boost optional rule.
Brand new adventure, starting at level 3.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
A good headset is required to make sure that there is no feedback/interference during our sessions. Using a webcam is optional but recommended. Given the higher starting level, characters should be created outside game time, but after session zero. There will be a dedicated channel on Discord to discuss your character ideas.
What George brings to the table
Everything required to participate in the adventure will be provided digitally through the Foundry Virtual Table Top, hosted on Forge. You will have access to the game between sessions to work on your character, update equipment, and so on. All the player-facing content for Pathfinder 2nd Edition is available for free, both within Foundry and on the web at various user-friendly portals which will be posted on Discord.
Homebrew rules
We will be using the following optional rules: - Free Archetype (get an addtional feat every other level which you can only use to take an archetype feat) - Gradual Ability Boost (increase your ability bonuses one by one each time you leve) - Ancestral Paragon, with the following limitation: To tie us deeper into the orcish theme of the campaign, your additional ancestry feats must be selected from the orc ancestry, even if your character wouldn't normally qualify.

How George creates a safe table
Given the theme of war that pervades this adventure, violence and death are major themes, though in a way typical of most high fantasy adventures. During our session zero we will use the Lines & Veils protocol to make sure everybody has a say on what type of content we are and are not comfortable with having included in the game. Digital safety tools will always be available through Foundry VTT during play. Any language or behavior that makes other players (including the GM) feel unwelcome at the table will not be tolerated.
