About the adventure

If you’ve ever wanted to try Draw Steel but weren’t sure where to begin, this is the best place to start. I’m running groups through the introductory adventure Road to Broadhurst, a scenario designed not just to tell a great story, but also to serve as a hands-on learning tool for new players. This is a chance to step into the world, learn the rules as you go, and experience what makes this game so special. The story begins with your party of adventurers being hired to escort a shipment of desperately needed medicine to a nearby village. On the surface it seems like a simple job, but the road is never safe, and you’ll need to be on your guard for whatever might try to stop you along the way. Bandits, strange creatures, and even moral dilemmas may arise, testing both your characters and your group as a whole. Players are welcome to bring their own level one characters, and I’ll guide everyone through the process of playing step by step. Whether it’s combat, skill checks, role-play, or questions about how the system works, I’ll be there to explain and support as we play. The idea is to learn by doing—no pressure, no experience required—just a fun and welcoming environment to explore the game together. If you’ve been looking for a way to get into Draw Steel, or if you’re already familiar with tabletop role-playing games but want to see what this system has to offer, then this adventure is the perfect starting point. Come join the journey, take up your place on the Road to Broadhurst, and see where the steel carries you.

About me

I run games with one main goal: giving you and your group unforgettable TTRPG moments, the kind you’ll still be talking about years later, usually starting with “Remember when we absolutely should not have done that?” I’ve got 20+ years behind the screen and at the table, both locally and online. I bring deep world-building, strong storytelling, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting (don’t worry, the chaos is intentional). Whether you’re after a tight, cinematic one-shot or a long-running campaign that spirals beautifully out of control, I’m your GM. I can also tailor games for streams, podcasts, or content channels—or keep everything private if you prefer your bad dice rolls to remain off the internet forever. All games are run on virtual tabletops, complete with detailed combat maps (yes, there are grids), immersive music and soundscapes (dramatic boss music included), and well-organized character sheets—so you can focus on roleplaying, terrible decisions, and blaming the dice instead of wrestling with tech.
