About Matt
I run games with one main goal: giving you and your group unforgettable TTRPG moments, the kind you’ll still be talking about years later, usually starting with “Remember when we absolutely should not have done that?” I’ve got 20+ years behind the screen and at the table, both locally and online. I bring deep world-building, strong storytelling, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting (don’t worry, the chaos is intentional). Whether you’re after a tight, cinematic one-shot or a long-running campaign that spirals beautifully out of control, I’m your GM. I can also tailor games for streams, podcasts, or content channels—or keep everything private if you prefer your bad dice rolls to remain off the internet forever. All games are run on virtual tabletops, complete with detailed combat maps (yes, there are grids), immersive music and soundscapes (dramatic boss music included), and well-organized character sheets—so you can focus on roleplaying, terrible decisions, and blaming the dice instead of wrestling with tech.

How Matt runs games
For me, it’s all about the characters and their stories. I build and run games with that in mind, giving players the freedom to take their characters wherever they want, whether that’s heroic destiny, messy personal drama, or “I didn’t mean to start a cult, but here we are.” I’m a big fan of collaborative storytelling (if that’s your table’s vibe). I’ll set the stage with scenarios, locations, NPCs, and problems that probably shouldn’t be solved with fire, but what actually happens is up to the players. You make the choices, roll the dice, and collectively create the story… for better or worse. I bring the world, the hooks, and the consequences. You bring the characters, the bad plans, and the natural 1s. Together, we make something memorable.

Rules are...
are a guideline but not the end all be all.
Matt's ideal table
My table style is collaborative, engaging, and focused on everyone having a good time. I like building stories with the players, not at them, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and those great character moments that turn into running jokes three sessions later. Rules and challenges matter (yes, I do read the book), but they’re always in service of the bigger goal: keeping the table excited, invested, and laughing. If we ever have to choose between “technically correct” and “way more fun,” I’m usually reaching for the fun option—unless the dice have other plans. At the end of the session, my win condition isn’t a TPK or perfect balance, it’s everyone walking away thinking, “That ruled. Same time next week?”
