About the adventure
You are newly arrived adventurers in Ptolus, the City by the Spire. A metropolis where danger and opportunity exist in equal measure. Whether you're delving into the vast dungeon networks beneath the city streets, navigating the deadly politics of noble houses and crime families, or investigating the chaos cults that threaten to tear reality apart, every decision you make will ripple through this living, breathing city. The Delver's Guild estimates that for every ten adventurers who descend into the dungeons each week, one never returns. Those who survive, however, emerge with treasures, magic, and power beyond imagination. This isn't a typical campaign. Ptolus is a sandbox campaign with a megadungeon below the city, with over two dozen factions. It is a living and deep setting for the players to explore. And we'll explore it! A city where the fantastic is commonplace: where you might see a dragon on your way to the market, where firearms and magic coexist, and where an impossibly tall spire looms overhead, holding an ancient evil the very earth tried to expel. Every session presents new opportunities. Will you accept a contract from the Balacazar crime family? Investigate the technology-worshipping Shuul? Stake your claim in the dungeons below? The city responds dynamically to your actions, creating stories that could only emerge from collaborative play. What makes this campaign extraordinary is the depth and interconnectedness of Ptolus itself. This isn't just a city with some dungeons. Iit's a complete world where every faction has goals, every NPC has motivations, and every adventure hook connects to a larger tapestry. We'll use collaborative world-building to make Ptolus truly yours, with your backstories woven into the stories of the city. Whether you're a newcomer to D&D or a veteran seeking something special, this campaign offers unlimited potential for character growth, both mechanical and narrative. Join me in Ptolus, where your legend begins in the shadow of the Spire. Will you become the city's greatest heroes, or will the darkness beneath and above consume you? If you'd like to play but the time and day do not fit your schedule, write me a message. I can probably change or open a new slot.

About me
------------------- I am a Game Master (GM) who believes in emergent narrative and the shared creation of unique stories that can only exist through roleplaying.
