About the adventure
This game will follow parts of The Saga of The Fragile Peace. I will also write special parts of the adventure beyond what The Saga of The Fragile Peace goes into. The Party will traverse the dangerous Quivering Stairs, Carpet Plains, and even maybe visit The Doll House. They will find threats both from creatures and from Littlings alike. The Tristarred are a dangerous nationalistic threat to everyone who isn't a Fairy and who aligns with those who aren't Fairies. We will begin Session 1 in Tuberdam in the case of a Stolen Shipment. A small cargo ship coming from the Faucet, in The Bath, had just moored in Tuberdam port in the middle of the night after a serious delay. Since the strict laws against disturbing the peace enforced in the Free Dominions completely forbade them from unloading at night, the captain decidd that the safest option was for the drew to sleep aboard. Despite the caution, the crew found several crates in the cargo hold had been emptied, and promptly called the Port Authorities to investigate. Past that, I will ask Players where they want to go in The House, and that will help me determine what to do; Additionally, I will use things in The Saga section of the Household 1.2 PDF.

About me
Hi, I'm Raven! I am in the process of writing a few books, but I love running 7th Sea and Household. I love learning new things, and am more than willing to work with my Players to tell their story. Like many folks, I started tabletops in college. I was working on getting my Associate's in English Ed, but life had other plans. I usually try to keep the rules lenient, even in rules-heavy systems. I have been working on trying to learn systems outside of 7th Sea, including, but not limited to Call of Cthulhu, Edge of The Empire, The One Ring, and Outgunned. I am still learning the systems, but look forward to GMing them. My games are queer, trans, and disabled person-friendly. (I'm the first two of those things, so it would be really weird if I wasn't inclusive.) I love collaboration, so my players are able to really shape the world around their characters.

Creating your character
We will sit down at Session 0 and we will go through character creation together. If you can, purchase the Household core rulebook and Household character sheet from DriveThruRPG. Regardless, I can help with character building most days of the week. If you do purchase the book, we will be starting at Chapter 1, so you will choose a Profession and Vocation, a Move associated with the Profession, a Trait associated with the Vocation, and 4 Skill points to distribute. (NOTE: Skills cannot have more than 3 Points in Chapter 1.)

What Raven Standefer brings to the table
I am a fan of theatre of the mind, but will also do my best to do voices and provide reference pictures for characters. I try to make everything even in regards to role play and combat. Additionally, I usually run RAW with Rule of Cool as a fall back when I'm uncertain.

How Raven Standefer creates a safe table
I gladly use the X/N/O system and the Monte Cook RPG Consent Checklist. I do my best to keep the table comfortable for everyone at it by addressing those the red, yellow, and green in a way that helps everyone play the game; By that, I mean that I put up an anonymous list of Red so that everyone knows the lines not to cross, and will provide a list of Yellow so everyone knows what we need to pause the game to talk about.
