About the adventure
The Marvel Multiverse TTRPG is a really exciting system to weave our own stories in a Marvel world, with Marvel superheroes. Although a few years old now, the Kang campaign book has lots of positive feedback, so it'd be my first choice to run for our adventures together. You, as players, have lots of ways to play. You can play as existing heroes or we can create a new team of heroes to go through this adventure! The expansions also include other groups, like the X-Men and the brand new Avengers book, so there is a ton of characters to choose from and teams to utilize. This game is for story-centric players who want to go through a new Marvel adventure together!

About me
I've always enjoyed the rise and fall, the highs and lows, the victories and defeats, in stories. As a reader and writer as far back as I can remember, I fell into a world and went on an adventure with those characters and then inevitably, a new world would come along and I'd go follow them... Later in life, I became an improviser. The spontaneity of both the creator and the audience to create a similar story was always a thrill. TTRPGs, for me, feel very similar. Whether as player or GM, we are telling an improvised story together. We are creating it as we go and who knows what'll happen! It, for me, is a pure exercise in storytelling. Creating your character
We'll discuss all character options at our Session 0. However there are 2 things you can think about it and decide on in advance. 1) Do you want to make an original superhero and play that or play established ones? 2) Are there established heroes you either want to play and / or interact with?
We have completed the first "Chapter" of the Cataclysm of Kang campaign. Joining now at Rank 2 will put in the middle of the second "Chapter" to help The Vanguard deal with some problems in Hell's Kitchen. Ideal for someone who stopped playing this campaign around Rank 2 as well, or you and I can come up with a clever way to catch you up / have your character invested in what has happened so far.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We'll be using Zoom and Roll20. I can also create a Discord channel if folks want!
What Chris McGowan brings to the table
I will have materials for the game itself. I will follow to what the game outlines in terms of combat as well as rules, but very open to evolving as we all play together on things to better fit what you all most enjoy about the game!
