About the adventure
FOR NEW AND RETURNING PLAYERS. These sessions are designed for players wanting to learn D&D 5e and to get a taste for everything it has to offer. there will be combat, social encounters, dungeon crawling, NPC interaction and lots of rolepay opportunity. We will go over character creation, rules and rolls in the first session before diving in the next session. each session will be self contained and will be linked together in someway.

About me
Peering into the mist you continue searching for someone willing to take your hand and be a gentle guide, navigating through the chaos that is tabletop RPGs. Something ahead of you begins to materialise, your heart skips a beat thinking you have been found by something nefarious however as the form coalesces you see it is a hand reaching out palm up, it is followed by an arm and finally by the rest of the body and a smiling face greets you. "Welcome, I have been waiting. Please, take my hand its time we got started." This begins your lifelong obsession with TTRPG's lead by JudgeRPG. Hi I'm Judge. I have been playing Tabletop games for over 20 years starting out on D&D 3.5 and exploring from there. I love a good story and will prioritize roleplay over combat and allow players to explore their characters. I started streaming over on Twitch in 2021 and began a series of one-shots where i could take new and veteran players through a 4 hour session hoping to entice a new round of heroes into the hobby. Creating your character
This will happen in our first session and we will learn together and collaboratively build our party. this is primarily a come and learn campaign so just come in with an idea on the type (Melee, ranged, magic, social) of character you want to play.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will use discord for our session and this will be all you will need. Dice are not necessary as google can be used if you don't have a set. Rulebooks are not needed however can be helpful to look up things but I will direct you on anything you want to do.
What JudgeRPG brings to the table
I will to the best of my ability try to voice every NPC and have appropriate background music to set the tone. while we will be following the rules, I am prone to bend these to make sure you are enjoying yourselves or give you the chance to make something awesome happen (also called the Rule of Cool) I am a very laid back DM and will go with the flow on what characters do so please speak up if you wanted to try something wacky!

How JudgeRPG creates a safe table
as a part of our first session, we will go over what everyone is comfortable with and the tone/theme for the games. we will also have open discussion on lines and veils or people can DM me anything that they have issues with that they do not want to discuss openly with the group.
