About the adventure
The Everstorm comes, and with it, the Final Desolation. As Roshar descends into a war from old legends and ancient powers are wielded anew, the fate of a stolen Honorblade, one of the legendary weapons of the Heralds, lies only in your hands. Your path to Radiance begins here. Fan of the Stormlight Archive? Always wanted to be a Knight Radiant? Or maybe you're new to it, but want to become immersed in an exciting, vibrant new world? If you love games focused on deep roleplaying and immersive storytelling, then this adventure is for you. I have years of experience as a Game Master, and even more years as a huge fan of Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere, so let's take our most important next steps together into the story of Stonewalkers… Journey across all of Roshar to find Herald Taln's Honorblade, and protect it. Along the way, survive the dangers of the world and its inhabitants: Fight a new form of Fused, face the Everstorm, negotiate with the Herald of Justice and a Spren of the ancient world, and struggle against the forces of Odium as you race against a corrupted Knight Radiant to stop the Honorblade falling into unworthy hands as you yourself swear Radiant Oaths of your own. This Stormlight Adventure for the Cosmere RPG is a canon adventure, with consultation from Brandon Sanderson and Dan Wells, which reveals new secrets about the Stormlight world, lets you meet familiar characters, and fills in gaps as you follow along the book timeline from Words of Radiance to Wind and Truth, making your own decisions that impact Roshar as you play. This game will be perfect for any level experience, from those who love the Cosmere to those who want this to be their introduction to the universe, and those who are TTRPG veterans to those who've never played before. The group can learn this system and this world together! I have been a deep fan of the Cosmere since 2013, and I am experienced with running TTRPGs and with teaching newcomers, so you will find this table welcoming, fun, and knowledgeable! It should also be noted, there will be a blanket mild spoiler warning for the Cosmere as a whole, but I will ensure this is limited to not include book details for whichever books our party members are yet to experience! For this game we will be using the official Foundry VTT versions of the modules and sourcebooks. The whole system will lend itself to deep immersion and ease of use, including the level 0 adventure FIRST STEPS for character building which we will use in the free Session 0, ready for us to have a relaxed and roleplay focused time as we tell the story of Stonewalkers together. Creating your character
Character creation will take place during the free session 0. To make our characters we will be using the First Step adventure, a level 0 story that guides you through character creation with narrative, the choices you and the other players making reflecting what your character begins the adventure with as it leads directly into the main campaign of Stonewalkers.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a Discord account, a PC, and a microphone, but that's about it! As you join the game I will send you an invite to the Discord server where all the information for the game will be, as well as resources, the voice channels our games take place in, and the text channels to speak with your fellow players and me!
What Mitch brings to the table
Our game will have digital access to all Cosmere RPG materials as and when they become available, from the main books to the supplementary. Whatever we could hope to need for the games, we will be able to get quickly and easily. My style is generally rule of cool. I always embrace creative solutions to problems, or anything that you feel will further your character or the story, as long as it doesn't step on the toes of others! I try my best with character voices, and fill our games with stormlight curated music for any mood to really push us all deeper into the immersion of the game.

How Mitch creates a safe table
Before Session 0 I will send each player a checklist for our general to establish our lines and veils for the game. Once everyone has filled this out I will compile a master version and go through it with everyone in the Session 0. Our group Lines will be items and content that do not appear in the game at all, whether from me or from other players. The group Veils will be items that are talked around or alluded to, but will otherwise not appear directly. I also make use of X, N, and O cards, which you can privately send me during the session and I will see immediately. X cards will tell me that you are uncomfortable with whats currently happening, and I will know to move on. N cards will tell me that you think we may be heading towards something uncomfortable but you are happy to carry on cautiously. O cards will tell me that you are happy with how things currently are. Finally, I'm always available to message if you have any concerns or thoughts about things between sessions!
