About the adventure
Be the hero or even wait until those crucial life and death situations brings that side out. Either way expect to find more enjoyment from being cooperative with your party and NPC's you meet. A new twist on backstory. Instead of exploring the backstory you're set to explore the depth of your character. How do their flaws, fears, and even regrets get confronted as they learn about this new land? Be prepared to form meaningful relationships with NPCs all throughout the campaign. They can be the most valuable resource be they allies, give information, or new story hooks. Look forward to combat that is plot connected and failure is not always the end. New players welcomed with opened arms. Players who thrive on exploring the inner workings of their characters and how the situations they find themselves in shape their actions will thrive in this setting. Played Curse of Strahd before? Fantastic, you're going to find a brand new experience here with the Reloaded upgrade to the base module. 🩸 "Do you hear them crying out "villain" and "devil"? They speak not of me." - Strahd Von Zarovich🩸 Session Zero is no charge.

About me
Hey there! Having grown up listening to my parents playing D&D and eventually being brought into the games myself my life has always included fantastic tales. Aside from playing D&D at any chance I can get I enjoy reading, writing RP's with others, and playing video games. Anything with a good story gets me going! I have reliably DM'd for a decade now. Started in person around tables and mounds of paper to the last two years online on VTT. Dabbling in homebrew and running through a few modules. I enjoy heavy role play and character growth as equally as I enjoy a good combat. Some of my best sessions I have ever run have been me merely setting the stage, sitting back and listening to the characters interact with the world. As well as throwing a complex 'monster' at them and joining in their well earned victory dance. We're all in the story together after all. I welcome anyone. New or veteran. Min/maxers or the for the vibes character creation. The sunshine knight to the masked edge lord. There is a place for everyone at my table to tell their story through intricate worlds and mutual respect. I am well versed and currently only running D&D 5e (and 2024!). I hope to expand my horizons as a player in other systems within this community. I look forward to having memorable sessions that produce stories that live with us all for years to come.

What Dice brings to the table
A DM who lives and breathes the world of Barovia, knows the ins and outs of the lore, characters, and lay of the land. I hope to make you fall in love with it as well. Ever growing library on DnDBeyond with content sharing Dedicated Discord Server Beautiful art work and maps through those that I subscribe to on Patreon Rudimentary hands outs when I have to make something myself (it's a WIP skill) Well played out NPCs that feel real and have their own stories to connect with. A constant ambiance soundtrack I have spend years building for this module and the multitude of locations within. Mid session break

How Dice creates a safe table
Every game will end with a quick wind down, and players are able to go over anything they really enjoyed in the session as well as anything that was just not super great. It is a forever rule for me, if someone says stop, we stop. Respect is the first thing I ask for any soul. Even outside of session please reach out to me with any concerns.
