About the adventure
A dark world where death is a real threat and light is your most important resource. Shadowdark uses rules similar to the base of 5e but ends it there. It is quick to learn and fast to play. We will use always on initiative and real time torch timers, two things that set Shadowdark apart from other similar games. We'll create random characters fast and jump right into our session. Starting with safety tool and expectations, we'll then create characters and jump into the dungeon. We will have time for one or two delves into the dungeon.

About me
Played older editions (BECMI, 1e, 2e) and have a preference for quick rules. Started back playing after 5e was released and been DMing a least a game a week since then. I like exploration and high role-play and interaction with combat about every third session. More interested in what you want to do than what is on your character sheet. More action, less rolling.
