About the adventure
New York City, 1953. On the surface, everything looks perfect. But underneath, everything is cracking. The war is over. The suburbs are growing. The government is hunting communists and anyone who steps out of line. You can buy an Airstream, a white picket fence, and a lie about safety. But in the city - in the real city - the fear is worse. The Kindred have their own war. The new Prince of Manhattan is a Toreador obsessed with beauty and terrified of betrayal. He listens to a Malkavian prophet who sees enemies in every corner, and now the Prince sees them too. First, he turned on his court. Now, heâs turning on the rest of us. He says itâs to protect the Masquerade. But the truth is, the Camarilla is rotting from the inside. The ones who are loud, strange, or young - who question, who donât follow the script - theyâre the first to go. And youâre one of them. Youâre an Anarch. Maybe by choice. Maybe because you didnât fit anywhere else. You donât have power yet. But you have eyes. You see whatâs coming. This is the story of how the Camarilla lost Manhattan.

About me
Hi! I'm Ryan (he/him), I'm 34 years old, and I've been playing and GMing TTRPGs for over a decade now. While I cut my teeth on D&D 5e and it remains my favorite, I've also made my way into other systems, including but not limited to: - Vampire: the Masquerade (V5 and V20) - Hunter: the Reckoning (H5) - Call of Cthulhu I'm a strong believer in the "rule of cool" and story over rules, and I make it my aim to make sure that all of my games are accessible and welcoming to everyone, especially LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC, and women. Above all, I know that we're all here to have fun, so that is my main priority in any game. I encourage any of my players to talk to me if something is not to their liking, and I will do my best to ensure we work out a solution. I look forward to playing with you!

Creating your character
You will be playing as fledgling Anarch vampires, newly Embraced. I like a bit of flexibility with character creation, though, so we'll have a session zero (free of charge) in which we all create your characters together! All the clans in the game will be available to play, with the exception of Thinbloods and Malkavians, due to the nature of the chronicle. If you want to play your favorite bloodline from V20 or revised (Daughters of Cacophony, Nagaraja, Old Clan Tzimisce, etc.) we can certainly make that happen through the magic of homebrew, with the one exception of the Baali, because I don't really want to get into all the demon stuff in this chronicle.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be using Discord for voice chat, and Roll20 for dice rolls and maps. Please make sure you have an account with both of these services. Please have a decent, working microphone/headset. Please come to session zero with an idea of the type of character you would like to play.
