About the adventure
Call to Power is a d20 based Dark fantasy system with the aimed focus of becoming a god like entity through your adventures, making sacrifices as you go. A character focused TTRPG where you specialize the character you want to make as level. There is no multi-classing, instead you build the character from one of 6 archetypes. A main feature of the game is the ascension system where your narrative actions can in turn bring mechanical advantages or character improvements. One example being if you can convince enough people you are gaining divinity, they will cause you to game some power with the "false Divinity" ascension. Seeking Color is a one-shot that is currently being run at Conventions that has an inbuilt replayability with both the story and the deck of fate that is used by a GM at the start of each session.

About me
Been playing TTRPG's for over 13 years, 9 of those GM'ing and I've completed my fourth year doing full time GM work with StartPlaying! A lover of creating a enjoyable plot, and equally the random chaos that players can throw at me at a moments notice. I'm Scottish, so a heads up for a slight accent, all are welcome at the table, new or old, veteran or greenhorn, the dice don't care as long as they are rolled. I currently am also writing content for Daylight Publications and have done event work with Gehenna Gaming at PAX Unplugged 2024, PAX East 2025, UK Games Expo 2025 and GenCon 2025 For my Convention review feedback please check this spreadsheet or the review from Erik “Sleiphner” below. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16TFqdsg_tK5d3tpRvFtQZCFwzBKUzoae_wTWGE5j-4M/edit?gid=0#gid=0 I will be at TableTop Scotland 2025 and PAX Unplugged 2025.

Creating your character
Players will be given the option of Pre-gens to choose from when trying out this as part of the learn to play.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Characters will need to join the discord server where the session will be ran. Character sheets will be handed out. A roll20 server will be used to show images and as a dice roller. (a free account will suffice) Players will be sent out a consent sheet that needs to be filled in prior to session.
What JustKyle brings to the table
A complete convention style experience where the table will go from safety tool and content warning comforts using a communal consent sheet based on answers given for anonymity to teaching the system and running the full session. Expect reactive descriptions, plenty answers for questions. Always looking at the rule of cool to see what people can do with the system.
