About the adventure

Godsfall is a third party book where players choose one of the divinities of the dead gods and explore the world of Khalgun. Most of it is broken, sacrificed and trapped behind a storm that arrived when the gods fought. Although the weave is left broken, many magical creatures and powerful threats still exist in Khalgun. Demigods live a variety of lives, most wishing to forget about the horrors of the past, the industrial empire of Kadar sends inquisitors to procure magic items and fully remove the past from the world, and now giants appear through the worldstorm, seeking to claim the world for themselves. Expect powerful homebrew abilities, dynamic/creative encounters, and both interpersonal and epic adventures to help carve your way to godhood. Will you ascend?

About me

Hi, my name is Bryan, I’m 24 and I’ve been a game master for over six years and started running professionally for almost five. Ever since I was kid, I loved to write and create games, and discovering TTRPGs has given me the opportunity to do both and more in a collaborative space! The ability to make stories and experience those exciting moments with other amazing players is one of the main reasons I chose this as my job, and my games reflect that. My games are usually designed with group collaboration in mind, giving room for the players to participate in worldbuilding and deciding what kind of story they want to tell. The game could be anywhere from a modern gothic game filled with drama and intrigue to an epic adventure of a group of demigods with high stakes and dynamic combats. The primary game systems I use for this are Dungeons and Dragons and World of Darkness. With my knowledge as a certified mental health tech and therapeutic game master, I work hard to ensure that my table is a space for everyone with various safety tools in place to navigate any complex or uncomfortable situations during play.

Character creation

Creating your character

-Characters will be made either during session zero or finished before the first session begins -Stats are determined in session zero: 4d6 drop the lowest, reroll if total is below 72 -Banned Content: Dragonmarked Races, Sun Elves (Setting Specific), Strixhaven Backgrounds -IMPORTANT: The weave of magic is broken and mortals have lost the ability to cast magic for 100 years. Very few still have the ability to spellcast, but as awakening gods you are among them. Though your divinity hasn't surfaced at the beginning of the game, magic has slowly started to return to you. Playing a spellcaster means you got your magic within the last handful of weeks. -Ki is considered separate from magic
