About the adventure
Dracaria is a land of myth and mayhem. Empires have risen and fallen. Magic flows through the world like a river through land, leaving echoes of the greater powers in the universe. The world has become grim and desolate as the heroes of old failed the world when they needed them most. I love balancing between epic battles and roleplaying intriguing situations while sprinkling interesting puzzles to be solved by the wit of the players. Players will start off as level 1 minions and work their way all the way up to level 20 and beyond if they so choose. Unlock your powers of the undead as you slowly regain your memories of your former self. Will you try to regain your true self and rebuild the world to its former glory? Or will you continue the conquest of your masters and silence the final hope of life on Dracaria? The choice is yours Adventurers!

About me
I have been playing D&D and other Table Top RPGs for over 20 years. I have been writing a campaign setting for a few years now and I want to test out my expansive world on players like you! I run an immersive game using sound effects and voice acting to bring the world to life. I like to play a game that is rich with lore, spanning over hundreds if not thousands of in-game years. I have a bachelor's degree in Game Art & Design and use my own art assets when I can, as well as custom maps I created myself with Inkarnate. Feel free to contact me on discord: .christoth if you have any questions.

Creating your character
Players will be starting at 1st level. Point Buy or roll 4d6 drop the lowest will be allowed for stats. Any and all Wizards of the Coast content is allowed. (2024, and all 2014 and beyond content) You can either use DNDBeyond or Roll20 character sheets, or an uploaded character sheet filled out as a PDF. Players will begin with their standard starting equipment and a single Potion of Healing. Our first session will be a session Zero that will dive right into the action, so be as prepared as you can be before the first game. I am very patient and we can work on your character throughout the week leading up to your first session if you give me enough time. I am always available on Discord .ChrisToth . I am also not opposed to giving you a premade character that has a backstory tied to the world you start in.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have minimum an internet connection, Discord, a Mic, access to Roll20 VTT platform, and the computer to do it all on. Characters should be ready to go if you can, but we will build your character on the fly during session 0.
What Chris brings to the table
I will provide all the maps, tokens, premade characters upon request, crazy voices, music, sound effects, and an epic adventure! I embrace Rules as Written unless the Rule of Cool takes over and something epic happens... then it's required to bend the rules.
Homebrew rules
I will provide a detailed PDF with all homebrew options. Examples: Players have the option to use my Mana Pool Rules, which scales with leveling and stacks when multiclassing. Critical Hits: When you roll a natural 20 on the attack roll you automatically do the max damage for the die, plus the damage rolled and any applicable bonuses. This way it feels more epic when you crit instead of rolling double dice only to roll two '1s'.

How Chris creates a safe table
Session Zero and Open door policy is in effect. Anyone have an issue? Bring it to my attention immediately. I always want people to feel like Dungeons & Dragons is a safe place to be someone else and/or yourself without judgement or harassment. Players not following "Wheaton's Law" will be kicked out.
