About me
Welcome! Pull up a chair, a table or perhaps the entire tavern! I have been a GM for around 7 years, I started playing TTRPGs with GURPS of all things when I was 19. Before then I had mainly been roleplaying through forums and various chatrooms but always with a keen interest in D&D as an idea. My first foray into being a GM was through the Fantasy Flight's Star Wars system, it's narrative first approach took a lot of the pressure off me to remember every single rule going. Eventually transitioning over to 5th edition where I have since been having a blast running. I love to run the best game that I possibly can, you want something combat focused? Here is danger by the bucketload! Perhaps you would rather more roleplay focused play? We got you covered! How about a rampaging romp through a goblin town while being chased by a herd of Were-Alpacas? I don't know that sounds like more than we can handle, but I am game! 😊 Beginner Friendly 😊 Enthusiastic! Enthusiastic! Enthusiastic! 😊 Determined to create a safe space to play for all! 😊 Owch I hate taking pictures of myself... 😊 Story Focused Campaigns

Creating your character
We can go through character creation during Session 0, if you have a strong character concept in mind already however we can certainly work together with that both in Session 0 and the lead up to Session 1.

How Joe creates a safe table
I will always try to make time at the end of the session to check in with the players. During Session 0 we will cover not only your characters but campaign expectations and table rules. Also my Discord DMs will be available if you need to reach out between sessions for any reason. Sessions will be run through both Discord and Foundry VTT in tandem, using Discord for the voice call and Foundry for everything else including the dice rolls, character sheets, combat and map traversal.
