About the adventure
The evil Techno-Lich is sucking people's souls out through social media! To stop him you'll have to hack the Internet, going from the modern web into the dark spaces of MySpace and Wattpad to find the phylactery and stop this evil once and for all. The game will be a Monster of the Week game, but with a fun twist. This game will feature hunting down custom websites and social accounts on the actual internet to solve puzzles and collect clues to track down the villain's weakness and delete it forever. No prior knowledge of Monster of the Week is needed, and all resources will be provided.

About me
I've been playing D&D for 10 years, and DMing for 7! I've been a professional DM for middle-schoolers and their families, and run games for me and my friends outside of StartPlaying. I think roleplaying games are a great way to learn about yourself, build a community, increase social skills, and have fun! All are welcome at my table! I have experience running D&D Fifth Edition, and have played Monster of the Week and Avanced D&D as well. My favorite part of the game is worldbuilding, followed by roleplaying.

Creating your character
Character creation will happen collectively during session 0. We will work collaboratively to tie the party together, and will have little role-play scenes for each character during the session zero, where we will also get a feel for the game.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have a stable internet connection, set up a Discord account, join the Discord, and a microphone and speakers or headset. A webcam is optional.
What Llewyn brings to the table
I will bring websites and profiles custom made for this game, dice rollers, and several pre-made characters you can use if you want. My GM style encourages creative decisions, and utilizes music and different voices to bring a scene to life. I like to weave PC backstories together into the main plot, so that each player has direct effect on the story from the beginning.
