About the adventure
The Gods have fallen. Betrayed by 7 of their own kin, they have been chained deep below in the infinite prison of Eternitas. While they rot, the unchained titans and their traitorous brothers and sisters terrorize mortalkind, wreaking havoc and setting forth to usher back in a new age of Tyranny. Yet, within that abyssal prison, the gods planned... From a sacrifice of their own being sprung forth you: The Godbloods. Demi-celestials borne of your progenitor's divine flesh. Untethered by the manacles of Eternitas, you are sent forth through its winding multiplanar floors to attempt an impossible escape. Will you succeed, and free the gods from their shackles? Or will the realm of mortals be crushed under the rule of Titans once more? Go onward, Godbloods, for you are their last hope. ------------------------------ Welcome to Eternitas! Here, you take the role of a Godblood, a demigod-like entity created by the holy blood of powerful celestials intermingling. This will be a high powered fantasy campaign, one in which the fate of all realms rests on your shoulders. You will be given ample tools to take on these mighty titans, and along the paths the gods will grant you as many boons as they can! -Play a unique character experience, one where you are two classes at once that level at the same time! -Feel the strength of a Godblood, and unleash the might of powerful custom abilities. -Learn the legends of Avemoria, and the cause of The Betrayal.

About me
Hi, I'm Jay! I'm a long time RPG player and lover of all things creative. I've been a passionate creator of fantasy universes for over 10 years now, and DMing for 8! I love writing, drawing, and making storied worlds most of all. As A Dungeon Master, I love getting invested in my player's characters and crafting enjoyable experiences for all involved! About my games: The Content: I tend to run games in homebrewed settings, from grand overarching storylines to good ol' dungeon hack n slash. I primarily do 5th edition DnD, but I am versed in several other systems. You can expect content tailored custom to the campaign and your characters- from monsters to magical items, intense combat and interactions with varied NPCs, all tied together with a focus on fun. Inclusivity and Safety: as said, my priority is on fun, but also making sure all our welcome! I run an LGBTQIA+ positive table and use the X card system to ensure everyone's having a good time. Before games are ran I'll go over the setting and possible things that are encountered within in a session 0, and we'll go from there! Quality Online Experience: I run my games on Roll20, create custom tokens, items, monsters, and use several customized soundtracks to run my games, as well as an online discord to chat and have downtime with fellow adventurers! I also use various mapmaking tools to provide an immersive environment. Extra Goodies: Ever wanted a drawing of your character? Well, for my players I offer hand drawn artwork of their character in my campaigns as part of the package experience! After 5-10 sessions to let you experience the world and find your character, I will draw a colored headshot of your character! With all that in mind, I look forward to adventuring with you all! May the dice roll in your favor, and I hope to see you soon!

Creating your character
We'll go over character creation in session 0! I will send over the character creation rules for Godbloods during that time. Starting level will be 1! All character sheets will be made on roll20. Any official 5e sourcebooks are allowed for classes, subclasses, and races. I may allow third party content on a case by case basis.
The party is currently on the 6th floor of Eternitas, having just made it through the first Gate that blocked their path. The party consists of the three following members currently: Tetrit: A Forge Cleric/Wild Magic Sorcerer. Riven: An Eldritch Knight Fighter/Bladesinger Wizard. Gavin: An Open Hand Monk/Moon Druid.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have a Discord and Roll20 account prepared as well as a mic! no other programs are necessary. Basic understanding of 5e rules is appreciated, but I will explain anything necessary and help as much as I can. Characters will once again be made during session 0 on the roll20!
What DM Jay brings to the table
I have a Roll20 subscription and that's where all our games will be ran. I utilize custom tokens, maps, and a curated playlist to add to everything! I do voices and accents for all characters, and while I am aware of most rules in 5e I tend to adjust or allow whatever I think fits or is most fun for the moment! We'll also use Discord for voice, and you'll be invited to a custom server for my games. Combat in my games tends to be on the tougher side, though I more than prepare my players with unique magical items and custom abilities to help you feel powerful even against the most daunting of foes.
Homebrew rules
This game is very heavily homebrewed! You will play as two classes that level together and have access to Godly Boons and a custom ability known as Celestial fury, both gifts from your godly parents. In addition to the rules specific to players, here's an outline of rules altered: -Nat 20’s on skill checks add an automatic +3 to the roll. -Potions are usable as a bonus action. If a healing potion is used as an action on yourself, it restores the maximum number of hit points possible. Feeding someone a healing potion still requires an action. -Short Rests are only 10 minutes. -while dual wielding, you make an additional attack as part of the attack action instead of as a bonus action. -NPCs and important enemies have death saving throws. Most NPCs automatically fail if they are not assisted. -Healing spells add your modifier for each spell level. (I.e Level 1 healing word is 1d4+3, then Level 2 healing word is 2d4+6) -Natural 1’s on damage-based saving throws are critical hits, while natural 20’s avoid damage entirely. If your class already provides this feature, You can move up to your movement speed to reposition. -Natural 1's on attack rolls against a creature allow the targeted creature to use their reaction to make an attack of opportunity, if they wish. -Critical Strikes add double the dice and doubles any relevant modifiers. I.e, your strength modifier acts as a +8 instead of a +4.

How DM Jay creates a safe table
Feel free to DM me at any time during the game and i will discreetly pause and speak with you or the table about any issues that need to be resolved an ensure everyone feels safe and is having fun. We'll have a session 0 before our first session, going over the general game and assisting in character creation. You can also ask any questions you have whenever you need to! After each session we'll take a couple minutes to go over it and talk about the general vibe of it after.
