Starfinder 2e - ALL Scenarios and Adventures/First session $5

Starfinder 2e - ALL Scenarios and Adventures/First session $5

Most adventures do not take place across the galaxy, but after the gap and the creation of Desna's path, with Golarion now gone, that has changed.

About the adventure

Uncover the secrets of an ancient and mysterious civilization before they're lost forever! Explore the biomechanical corridors of a derelict starship to uncover the fate of its missing crew and face off against a terrifying alien predator! Witness the birth of an alien god and defend Absalom Station from a horde of cosmic horrors! My plan is to play all the content from the released playtest scenarios and adventures in order and fill the level jumps with homebrew, so it won't break the flow of the adventure. As a bonus every player gets their own spotlights and their own story moments (if they would like that too). The group will play the following in order, with the homebrew added between levels to fill gaps, making for a connected story. The list will be updated to show where the group are! Shards of the Glass Planet - Scenario (Lvl 1) (Now done) Cosmic Birthday - Adventure (Lvl 1 - 4) *The party is here (Still level 1) It Came From the Vast - Scenario ( Lvl 5) Homebrew (Lvl 6 - 9) Wheel of Monsters - Scenario (Lvl 10) Empires Devoured - Adventure (Lvl 10-12) Homebrew (Lvl 12 - 14) Rescue at Shimmerstone Mine - Scenario (Lvl 15) I'm looking for players who are at least a bit familiar with Pathfinder/Starfinder 2e system and Foundry.

About me

Hey I am Martyn, I have been a DM for Pathfinder for the last year, running two sessions a week. Exploring the beautiful world of Golarion. I have fallen in love with the PF2E system and how flexible it is. I value players having a personal experience that feels important to them, with a focus on creating an environment where people can have fun. I think it is very important as a DM to solve the issues between groups so that we can get back to playing the game we all enjoy so much. Hopefully you will join me on a campaign where we can have a lot of fun and meet new people.

Character creation

Creating your character

Character must be created before the session zero, with this character to be brought with you to the session zero. Players will have a chance to discuss their character ideas/classes,backgrounds, through a discord group. Stats are the normal rules, we will use the following; - Gradual ability boosts. - Ancestry Paragon. - Free archetypes might be brought in later on in the campaign once everyone is comfortable. Characters will start at level 1, so only level 1 needs to be ready at session zero. Everyone will have the opportunity to add their character on Foundry (I can do this for you too if you need help) Your character can be from anywhere in the star finder universe, we can discuss specifics before session zero through DMs or even during session zero. I would much prefer that you use classes and races from the Starfinder 2E playtest, then we can see the special ones in action! If this is a problem, you can also choose races/classes from Pathfinder 2E.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

-Webcam not required. -Discord. -Stable internet connection. -Working Microphone. -You should read any rules before session zero around how your specific character works. -Your character should be ready.

What Martyn brings to the table

I don't tend to lean heavily between either roleplay or combat, I really like both. Generally that will be up to the players and whatever they prefer. Either way, I like to make sure that the characters have a world where they feel that their decisions matter. If they choose to investigate rooms, or speak to NPC's, they will get a rewarding outcome, which of course can be near death as you would expect! The most important thing is that everyone has fun, I have been told I am very approachable and I focus on any issues between players or myself are resolved as quickly and in the most non-confrontational way possible. I do only like to run "good games" so unfortunately, activities like killing innocent NPC's and stealing from others in the party are not allowed, but apart from that I encourage players to Roleplay their characters the way they see them. - Custom tokens for every PC. - Custom music for ambience and combat through Foundry. - Custom maps - Mainly stick to the rulebook, but will sometimes bend it for flavour if it feels right and the group agrees. - Custom personal story development for all players (If they want that). - Meaningful combat encounters. - I try my best with character voices (I am not a professional VA)

How Martyn creates a safe table

All safety tools will be discussed during the session zero to make sure everyone is comfortable with the content before we start the campaign, it also gives me time to make any adjustments based on player disclosure.
