How to prepare
At minimum, you'll need a microphone. Webcams are preferred but not required. Rules will be explained through play. A stable internet connection with a relatively modern computer capable capable of running both Discord and a web browser like Google Chrome is required. Dice is rolled virtually through Foundry VTT and Players will need to have Discord installed on their device. Voice/video calls will be handled through Discord.
What I provide
A whole curriculum of content, hours of custom music, and servers you can boot yourself if you need to modify or consult your character between sessions. You do not need to own any books for Pathfinder 2nd Edition to play and all the available feats, effects, gears, and so on will be available to you through an in-browser compendium you can directly draw from and reference for your convenience.
Gameplay details
This Adventure Path contains typical Pathfinder action and adventure (adventure tropes such as blood, violence, murder) but it also presents as an example, in Chapter 3 of Book One, a few stark depictions of animal cruelty and abuse. As part of joining this game I will be sending out a survey before we begin to modify content in the AP to anonymously define the table's preferences and lines for content so that we all have a fun and comfortable time (even if our characters are not). How will character creation work
Characters will be created during Session 0 with Fate's guidance on-hand to assist. If you know how to build your character, please feel free to do so on Pathbuilder or Wanderer's Guide. You won't need access to any books or software to make characters; just an internet browser or optionally a mobile phone that can install an app (e.g. Pathbuilder 2).
