About the adventure
The Valiant set sail from Neverwinter three years ago on a routine patrol, one of Neverwinters top warships with a full hardened crew of marines and sailors, she was meant to be back in two months! Three years later drifting off the coast she is spotted no signs of life on deck. the party are hired to go out and discover what happened and if possible recover the ship, but make sure it poses no threat to the city. High on role play initially a mystery can you get to the bottom of what's going on suitable for a wide range of ages and players new to the game

How to prepare
Players need a Mic a webcam is desirable but not essential. Players need dice or an electronic means of rolling them and either a paper or a digital character sheet.
What I provide
I can give access to dnd beyond if needed, and will provide maps and illustrations through the evening. Some NPCs have their own voices. Mostly what I bring to the table is decades of experience in the theatre of the mind and a fun filled tense mystery night for all

The language will be set at the start of the session to suit the group, a break about half way through the session will be planned for drinks bathroom etc

How will character creation work
Characters will be level 6, created using point buy, any class race multiclass from WotC is fine, any homebrew I will consider. Each character starts with 2 uncommon magic items and up to 300 gold to spend on extra gear. Characters can be created before session or I can help or provide a pre generated character if required
