Kingmaker Godsrain: A Mythic Saga (LGBTQ+ Friendly)
Pathfinder 2e | Campaign
About the adventure
The Stolen Lands: A region rife with vicious monsters, terrifying storms and ruthless bandits. Over a decade ago, the Aldori Sword Lords came together and offered the right of rulership to any brave adventurers who could tame the stolen lands. The call was answered and would-be heroes from across Avistan set forth into the frontier to claim their title as Kings... They all failed. The year is 4725 AR, and the dangers of the Stolen Lands have claimed their latest victims: You. As tagalongs of a caravan bound for Brevoy, you are pulled into a fight for your lives against an infamous Bandit King known as the Stag Lord. In another time your stories would have ended here, but this is not another time, this is the time of the Godsrain. With the death of Gorrum, god of War & Battle, the Stolen Lands were soaked with rains of crimson and silver. The landscape was twisted into new brutal forms and its tyrannical denizens were imbued with terrifying strength. For the first time in a decade, there is hope for the Stolen Lands, because the mythic silver rains have fallen upon you. Kingmaker Godsrain is a full Level 1-20 Mythic Adventure Path that sees players braving the lawless wilderness that is the Stolen Lands and building their own unique Kingdom. The game begins nearly fifteen years after the events of the original Adventure Path, in a timeline where the first group of adventurers sent out to claim the Stolen Lands fell to the regions dangers, thus ending the land rush that would have seen the rise of a new River Kingdom. As hapless travelers imbued with Mythic strength by the Godsrain, you will explore the new Stolen Lands with the intent of finally taming the region and usurping its evil monarchs. Foundry VTT: I intend to use the Paizo-published Foundry Module when running this adventure. The module includes upscaled maps, hexploration tools, specialized journal entries and a number of other innovations.
Game style
Rules as Written (RaW)
Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.
Combat Heavy
“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.

Cody was absolutely phenomenal as our Game Master for the "Triumph of the Tusk" adventure path. From start to finish, his storytelling skills were top-notch, immersing us deeply into the rich, vibrant world he crafted with vivid descriptions and captivating narratives. Cody maintained a perfectly balanced pace throughout each session, blending action, exploration, and roleplay to keep everyone fully engaged and excited for what would come next. Perhaps most importantly, Cody fostered an incredibly inclusive, welcoming, and fun environment. He effortlessly created a space where all players felt comfortable, respected, and enthusiastic about participating. His passion for the game and genuine care for players' experiences shone through clearly, making the adventure even more enjoyable.
Cody is very professional and organized. He keeps a steady and seamless flow of the game and has a great knowledge of the rules. He does well in situations where a player might throw a spell or request that was unexpected and incorporates them well into the flow of the encounter. Overall, I had a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to my next campaign with him. I highly recommend playing in his games!

Gameplay details
Structure The structure of this AP will follow the same general flow of the original, with the caveat that nearly fifteen years have passed since the first would-be River Kings failed. The Stolen Lands are more dangerous than ever. With no one to stop them, beings like the Stag Lord and the Lich Vordekai have risen to terrifying new levels of power, spreading their influence even further throughout the Stolen Lands and threatening the surrounding territories. Alternate Start The beginning of this AP will differ significantly from the original, with the banquet at lady Jamandi's manor replaced with an ambush by the Stag Lord's bandits. Immediately after, the party will be free to explore the new, warped Stolen Lands at their leisure. Campaign Themes The majority of this AP will be devoted to the Hexploration of the Stolen Lands and the battles against its evil monarchs. This will be a very numbers-heavy game with long stretches between story beats. DIFFICULTY WARNING: The Stolen Lands were dangerous even before the Godsrain swept through the region. At nearly all points across the AP, players will have a chance of encountering threats well beyond their capacity to handle. Caution must be used when approaching certain landmarks or regions. (See the "Flee!" Action within the Kingmaker Rules document). Backstories While Kingmaker is a pre-made adventure path with a (mostly) set story, I am open to working with players to create unique backstories and goals so long as said goals work within the confines of the Adventure Path. Campaign Duration I'm predicting that this adventure path in its entirety will take between 50 to 60 sessions to complete. Players must be able to commit to the game on a weekly basis for the duration of the campaign. Setting Kingmaker takes place in the Stolen Lands, an unsettled region to the northeast of the River Kingdoms. It is here that the party will make names for themselves and carve out their own kingdom. Character Creation *Players will begin the adventure at level 1. *Players will have the standard starting gold for level 1. *All official Common & Uncommon rulebook material (unless specified otherwise) is allowed. *Rare Ancestries, Feats, etc. must be ran by me first. Subsystems & Variant Rules *Ancestry Paragon: We will be using the Ancestry Paragon Rule *Free Archetype: We will be using the Free Archetype Variant Rule *Mythic Rules: We will be using the Full Mythic Rules presented in War of Immortals. Players will gain their mythic powers during session 1 of the adventure. Experience Required Players must be able to build a 1st level character and have a basic understanding of the PF2E ruleset. SAFETY TOOLS Content Warnings This campaign will feature death, heavy violence and other unpleasantries. We will discuss content warnings and other safety details in greater detail during session 0. Session 0 As of March 21st, the group has had session 0 and has begun working on characters. Players that join between now and session 1 will be debriefed on what was discussed in session 0.
