About the adventure
Embark on your journey through dark forests, gloomy towns, and haunted houses, or allow the cards to dictate your fate as you attempt to escape the land of Barovia and uncover the curse of its lord. But, beware: the Count of Barovia may appear cordial, yet he harbors many secrets beneath his charm. He is ancient. He is the land. You are merely intruders.

How to prepare
Players will need: - A working microphone. - A Discord account. - A Roll20 account. Optional: - Beyond20 extension to use D&D Beyond sheets. - Any other content you want to bring to the table.
What I provide
- A private discord server for players to chat and make posts. - A Roll20 pro account that allows dynamic lighting and the new Jumpgate features to improve the flow of gameplay. - The core 2024 and 2014 rules and a few supplements and expansions shared through the Roll20 compendium, including "Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft". - Voicemod will help change my voice for different characters and add soundboards for some sound effects.
Gameplay details
I will provide a document for any table rules that must be covered. We can take 10-15 minute breaks during longer sessions if needed. This is an open-door campaign, so players can come and go as required. Please let me know if you won't attend a session or need to leave early. If any issues arise, we can discuss how to improve future games.

How will character creation work
Here are some guidelines for character creation: - Character sheets will be available to create and edit on the journal tab on Roll20. - You can use the character creator feature to simplify building your adventurer or start from scratch. - The starting level is 1 and you can decide between the three methods of finding your character's stats. - You can use the rules provided in the Roll20 compendium. However, you can inquire about using other references as well that can be edited into your sheet. - If you just want to jump in without all the complicated steps of making a character, Roll20 provides several premade ones you can select to start playing!
