About the adventure
Venture into the heart of the ancient and mysterious Margreve Forest, a place where the trees whisper secrets and shadows dance with unseen forces, a world of dark wonders and hidden dangers. The Margreve is a sprawling expanse of untamed wilderness, steeped in legends of ancient druids, forgotten gods, and creatures that defy explanation. Navigate a maze of challenges and mysteries, confronting the many inhabitants of the forest. From mysterious Shadow Fey and twisted spirits, to fearsome beasts and walking plants, the dangers are many. The fate of the Margreve and its inhabitants may rest your hands. Will you emerge victorious, or will you become just another tale whispered among the trees? This campaign takes players from level 1-10+

Hi! My name is Clay and I'd love to GM your game! I’ve been running 5e since 2017 and have been playing since 2016. I GM an IRL game and do one-shots with friends when scheduling allows but that's not often enough. I own several games and love to try out new games.

Creating your character
Character creation will be done through chat on Discord and Roll20 leading up to session 0 where we will build party background and discuss safety rules. Characters will start at level 1 Roll stats or use standard array Included shared compendiums: WotC 2014 source books Kobold Press: Midgard Handbook, Southlands Handbook, Tome of Heroes, Deep Magic Vol. 1 and 2 I'm available daily to answer any questions or go over character creation.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have Discord and Roll20 accounts along with a mic and Webcam (optional).
What Clay brings to the table
This game will use custom maps, point of view artwork, handouts, and music. Roleplayed and voiced NPCs to improve immersion and atmosphere. Opportunities to explore and adventure in the city of Zobeck on the forest's edge. Tokens will be AI created based on character description or player supplied artwork. I also have several options in my Roll20 library to choose from. Pregenerated characters will also be available. Handbooks and compendiums will be shared on player approval.

We will be using the Luck system from Tales of the Valiant and a modified flanking rule

How Clay creates a safe table
This is an adult game with a lot of adult themes. Lines and veils will be discussed privately before the campaign begins. We will use open door in game, please feel free to speak up or step away at any point if needed. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
