About the adventure
Something has interrupted the flow of food from Blood Lord Haldoli's farms near Graydirge. She asks you and your friends to look into the matter. There you uncover the first clues to a mystery that will lead you to challenging one of the most powerful Blood Lords in Geb. You might even become a Blood Lord yourself in the process! If you've ever wanted to play a character that was on the evil side of the scale, this is the adventure for you. Geb provides an awful lot of food for the Inner Seas, almost all of it produced by zombie workers. Those zombies have to come from somewhere, right? Play the Great Factions against each other, dabble with the high politics in Geb, and above all, discover what threatens to bring down the entire economic structure of the nation.

Kat does a great job world-building and telling an involving story with many memorable characters. She is capable of making villains that you actually hate, both in character and out of character. She also has near infinite patience for people that are new to 5e or FoundryVVT. Can recommend for both new and experienced players.

Katabri is a wonderful GM that creates a great space in and out of game. Her Discord server is a welcoming place to chat with her and other players outside of sessions. She uses a consent checklist that you don't have to share with other players to make sure everyone is comfortable, and understands that life things happen. In the Pathfinder game I played, she expertly used The Forge VTT with wonderful extensions to make the game smoother and more engaging. In combat, she knows how to tweak things on the fly to make it more enjoyable. She's also benevolent enough to not make my familiar take damage from an AoE which probably would have instantly killed it, which is nice. I highly recommend joining if you see a game you like!

As of this review my group with Kat is a couple of sessions away from ending Fall of Plaguestone, a PF2E adventure. Kat is amazing. She does well with helping with rules clarifications (this group being newer to PF2E), balancing giving us to have time to think, plan, and talk things through with keeping the story moving forward, and just making the whole experience fun for everyone. NPCs are brought to life with voices and mannerisms, combat has been engaging and hilarious, never being drawn out. Kat has been fantastic at keeping the mechanical side of things feeling fair and balanced, and the story side intriguing and fun.

How to prepare
Players will need a computer able to run Foundry and a reasonable headset and microphone. We will use my private Discord Server for voice and text communication. You should download and read the free Blood Lords Player Guide from Paizo's site: https://downloads.paizo.com/BloodLords_PlayersGuide.pdf Access to Pathbuilder 2e (free version is fine) and Archives of Nethys (free) will be incredibly helpful. I will walk you through character creation in either Pathbuilder or in Foundry VTT. The last thing you need is your excitement to learn and play the game! I'm here to help and am excited to create your story with you!
What I provide
My games are all run on Foundry servers. I work hard to bring great maps, appropriate ambient music, and fun to my games. My monsters act according to their instincts, wisdom and intellingence. I am always willing to let players attempt really cool things, and will bend the rules to make it happen!

How will character creation work
🧨We will work through character creation during Session 0, as well as going over safety protocols and house rules. 🧨You can use Pathbuilder 2e or the Foundry server to create your level 1 character. I will walk you through either one. We will be using the free archetype variant rule. 🧨Paizo has partnered with the Archives of Nethys to provide all the rules with us FREE! If you have the Core Rulebook or the Player Core Remastered, feel free to use them. 🧨Feel free to come to Session 0 with a character concept that you can (or not) change as you speak with the other players at the table. 🧨I will have premade characters available if you just want to jump in without the character creation process.
