About the adventure

The 4th Corporate War left Night City a smoking crater. Twenty years later, the post-war population is rebuilding amid scarcity, pollution, and social unrest. Join me as we form together a crew of misfits that, rather than saving the world, want to save themselves! We'll aim for a mid length campaign and see how the wind blows. Typically a mixture of missions thrown your way, and gigs that you collectively choose to pursue, though there will be space for personal adventures. The theme will revolve about survival and fending off the worst of night city. Will this involve defending a community? Foiling a corporate plot? Or pursuing personal vendettas? Let's find out together. We'll play in Foundry, using Discord for voice chat. I've prepared pregens and VTT plugins to automate/ease gameplay. How to prepare

Please read Easy Mode (https://archive.org/details/rtg-cpr-easy-modev-1.1_202312) fully if you are new, and start thinking of a character (or get the CPR corebook). Then please complete a google survey (accessible after joining). At the end of the survey, you will receive the discord link to join. You don't need a Foundry account, but familiarity is welcomed. What I provide

Foundry DM license with plugin modules; maps; tokens; music; sound effects; pregens. I tend to play a bit more narratively, with 'dungeons' represented by pointcrawls (example https://tinyurl.com/mry9yzmf). I don't go too crazy with details, I scarcely do foreign accents (though my own English is accented!), I infrequently use Rule of Cool. I avoid gore and sexual RP. My Veil is torture, my Line is child harm and sexual violence.

I'll send a Google Form where we will go over theme, tone, content, expectations, lines and veils, and expected behaviour.

How will character creation work

I've made pregens and you can make your own standard characters with either of the 3 methods in CPR, then share them with me for review. No homebrew or borgware at chargen please! Ideally all characters will be at least half-made by session 1. It's ok to fill in the blanks a bit later.
