Homebrew Rules Cursed Magic & Alternative Healing With healing magic being risky, alternative methods take its place: 🔹 Medicine Checks: Proficient: DC 10 Not Proficient: DC 15 🔹 Healing Amounts: No Healing Kit / Herbalism Kit: 1d4+1 Basic Healing Kit / Healing Salve: 2d4+2 Healing Kit / Wound Putty: 4d4+8 ⏳ Application Time: 10 minutes (usable by anyone) 💀 Medicine should be prioritized over magic. Fate Roll (1d100) Commune with gods, foresee dangers, or simply check tomorrow’s weather. Higher is better. Semi-Gritty Realism Rules ⏳ Resting: Short Rest: Recover abilities & spend Hit Dice to heal. Long Rest: Recover abilities & spend Hit Dice to heal. Extended Long Rest (24-48 hours of downtime): Recover all Hit Points, Hit Dice, and abilities. 💀 Injuries & Exhaustion: First time hitting 0 HP: Gain 1 level of exhaustion. Each additional time in the same combat: +1 exhaustion (up to 6 levels). 🕊️ Resurrection magic is reserved for high-level NPCs. Teleportation & The Nowhere Any form of teleportation forces you through The Nowhere—a dark, timeless void between realms. Malevolent entities exist here, and the longer you linger, the more likely you will draw the attention of the Nowhere King and his minions.

How will character creation work
Character Creation – 📝 Ability Scores: Roll 4d6, drop the lowest. 🔄 Reroll Conditions: If your rolls do not include at least one stat above 16 or if two or more stats are below 10, you may reroll the entire set. 📚 Allowed Resources: PHB + 2 other books. 🧬 Races: PHB races only unless otherwise approved by the DM.
