Character creation

Creating your character

We will be making characters as part of session zero. If you'd prefer to make or select a published character, have it ready to add to the roster at session zero. Your character should be a young mutant whose powers have begun manifesting themselves in recent years. Characters are students at Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Origin of Mutant or Artificial Mutant. Rank is capped at 3. In addition to making characters, players will establish backstories, relationships, and world building. You'll be introduced to the mansion that houses the school and participate in a Danger room exercise.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players should be running a recent version of Chrome and have headphones & a microphone, a webcam is helpful but not required. Players will need a free discord account to connect to an Audio chat channel. If your new to the game, its very easy to pick up on. Marvel has a quick intro here: https://youtu.be/I6WLq5s04l8 and session zero will supply the player with game rule summaries, and ensure players are familiar with their characters and the game.
