About the adventure
The fall of station B-9, Delta quadrant begins on a calm morning at the local watering hole, renowned for its creative drinks and jaunty atmosphere. It isn't long until the space station is plunged into chaos by tyrants hell bent on galactic rule! The heroes are tasked with taking civilians to a safe room where authorities will regroup and help get the station back in order. No one is coming to help. Your lives, and your escape rests entirely on your shoulders. This adventure requires little to no familiarity with the brand new "Draw Steel" system, but there will be no pulled punches. This is a high stakes adventure using the Draw Steel ruleset in SPACE! Flee the station, and scour the Timescape to form a proper rebellion, and take Station B-9 back. We will be: 🗡️Tactical - Not just what we do. but how we overcome long odds. 🗡️Heroic - Real heroes don't do it for the gold, we share tales of compelling dynamic characters. 🗡️Cinematic- no rolling to hit and miss here, what does it look like? 🗡️Space Fantasy - There are ships, star dragons and space wizards and stuff! They have thousands of hours of experience running games in Roll20 and Foundry and use Discord for voice and video (video is always optional). Eric is dedicated to running each campaign to a satisfying conclusion, and "playing to find out" what happens. You won't get run through a conveyor belt of published modules "as written", and you can count on a GM who is dedicated to their craft and takes their role of being an ambassador of the hobby seriously. At Eric's table, the player characters aren't just involved in the story, they are the story! We forge friendships at the table and promote an inclusive environment focused on player safety and maximum fun. This is an LGBTQ+ and allies space. • A relatively modern computer capable of running web-based programs (8-16MB Ram and Chrome or Firefox - no Safari) • Decent internet access • Good Audio input (a headset/good microphone - note speakers echo and on board mic's are hard to hear) • Discord (free download or browser-based) • Forge account (free to create, needed for Foundry which is also free to you and web based)

Community! When you join we welcome you into a dedicated channel for the game and an active community center where you can talk in between sessions. Full Service! Question in between sessions? Need to chat about your character? Have mechanical questions? Eric is available for chats as needed via voice or text and makes themselves available as possible for their clients. Experience! Eric has run a ton of games and done a LOT of improv over the years, that experience is leveraged to provide games that values spontaneity and variety. Consistency! Games run when scheduled and one shot content is available if we are missing players. How Eric V - House VanSingel creates a safe table
We leverage safety tools to promote a positive and safe place to play together. When you join, you affirm the following: "I wont attack other players or steal from them (PVP) and I will play a character who isnt explicity evil or selfish. I will respect the narrative consent of others and be a team player. I promise not to engage in problematic play and I will come to the table with a great attitude." This is a positive place that welcomes all and is a LGBTQ+ space. We will go over additional safety details in session 0, but make note Eric leverages the safety system based on the TTRPG Safety Toolkit using red, and yellow cards. ⚠️The campaign does not contain: sexual assault, racial prejudice, systemic racism, homophobia, or transphobia. ⛔Zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. This includes breaking safety and consent lines. We play games that emphasize emergent play - the kind of stuff that comes up when everyone "plays to find out" what happens next. If you come to the table in good faith and ready to roleplay at your comfort level, you are going to have a good time. One of GM Eric V's guiding principles is to create the space for you to be yourself and have a great time. Over the years I find that the folks who have the best time are looking for an experience that values roleplay, enjoys (or is willing to learn improv), and likes to flex character abilities in combat in equal measure.
