About the adventure

Wrin Sinvixi has seen it in her cards. A strange, blue light filled with the agonized screams of the dead focuses its beam down onto her humble timber town of Otari, bringing with it devastation and despair. She knows that if she doesn’t find herself a group of brave adventurers willing to seek out and destroy the light, then Otari will be nothing more than a legend in memory. Will you come to the town’s aid? Do you have the cleverness and wit to keep yourself alive as well as the strength to oppose the forces of evil conspiring against the town of Otari? Pathfinder is quickly becoming one of my most favorite systems. Having spent a lot of time playing 5e, I have discovered that where 5e leaves me wanting more, Pathfinder fills those spaces, giving its players a more robust combat system with plenty of balance and a greater pool of character build options with les overlap. I would love to GM this game for you! So come and join us for the Otari trilogy. We’ll start out with the Pathfinder beginner’s box game, Menace under Otari, and then we’ll play the Abominations Vault campaign, incorporating Troubles in Otari into the campaign. If you are new to Pathfinder, no worries, I’ve been teaching and running TTRPGs for 10 years now; I’ve taught players as young as six and as old as 70. We’ll play on the program Foundry, a table-top system that will handle most of the legwork for you, all you’ll need is a steady, reliable internet connection, a working microphone, and the free chat program Discord.
