About the adventure
In the depths of the forest there grows a special flower. The bees make a special honey from this flower. You're asked to visit the hive and acquire the magic honey. What awaits you at the hive of the Honey Queen? This is a great adventure for beginners and is fun for experienced players, too. If you love D&D and would like to play some new races, try some new spells, see some new creatures, and find different magic, we'd love to have you along. Happy to pre-make a character for new players, so you can jump right in to playing, or you can create your own character. ABOUT THE GAME 3-hour one-shot (single session) hosted on Roll20. How to prepare
Computer and Internet required. High speed internet will make for a more enjoyable experience. Mic and headphones required (speakers cause echo). Set up free accounts on Roll20 and Discord. Recommend Chrome or Firefox browser for Roll20. Install Discord app on computer. Join Ajax D&D server. Install Beyond20 app in browser if using D&D Beyond character sheet. Choose the Launch button on the Roll20 game landing page to get into the game before game day, and follow the Game Prep directions to make a character. Guidelines for character creation are on the Roll20 game landing page, in the Forum. Send token image to Ajax DM (or select one from Ajax DM collection). If you require a familiar or Wild Shape forms or Summon creatures, please alert Ajax DM well before the game.

How will character creation work
Characters will be Level 2. Let me know if you'd like a custom made character, to make it easy to start. Characters should get along with others. There are no evil characters, "neutral" characters that are veiled evil characters, no emo loners who don't trust others. Please read the Character Guidelines and Sourcebooks listed in the Forum on the Roll20 game landing page. Launch Roll20 game from the Roll20 game landing page. If you want to make a character, roll for stats in chat (see pinned message in Resources channel in Discord for an easy way to roll). You may opt for Standard Array if you dislike your rolls. If using D&D Beyond character sheet, you still need to roll for and use ability score rolls from Roll20 chat. Fill in physical description and personality traits, ideals, bonds and flaws. You are not limited to the selections in the background. Roll 1d12 and 1d100 and let me know what you rolled for a Trinket, which you can work into your backstory for an extra bonus. Include on the BIO page of your character sheet at least 2 paragraphs of backstory with at least one named person in their story.
