How to prepare
Please be sure to join the Discord before your first session so that I can properly assign you to the private roleplaying channel for this game and also make myself available if you have questions or wish to submit art/builds to me. You will need a microphone and playing the actual game will require registering on 'The Forge' (a hosting website) for free. If this is prior to Session 1 we will be building characters on Session 0 as well as doing orientation, going over veils and lines, and so on. If post-session 1 please do feel free to build a character as soon as you've joined the game, join the Discord below, and feel free to ask me any questions you might have. What I provide
This adventure is fully prepared and even further upgraded to fit my high standards for DMing. You can expect the DM to deploy character voices, ambient music from an enormous library, and for foes to act in a fashion which befits them (e.g. animals do not generally have complex strategies and bandits likely have a plan during an ambush). I run my tables as the rules are written for Pathfinder 2E, minus a few alterations in the players' favor. For instance, I allow players more specific and particular information when they recall knowledge and I also adapt situations to player intentions (e.g. a combat could be ended in the middle of it should a compelling reason be given). Foes generally strike to wound, not kill, unless particularly hateful of the party. You can expect a significant amount of time-saving, play-easing, and immersion-aiding features in your time at my tables; from animated attacks and spells to automated calculation of the range of damage you might deal from an attack and easily-clicked actions/saves.
Gameplay details
Players will be provided a 'safety baseline' of content that will be by default omitted or censored (veiled or lined) and these settings can be mutated by vote through consent forms if the table would wish to change from the default baseline. My DMs are always open for safety purposes and Stars and Wishes will be run after every session to identify problematic elements. Play can be paused, stopped, or changed, should content players feel crosses a line or veil arrives.

How will character creation work
Seven Dooms for Sandpoint is a Level 4 to 14 campaign. Players are encouraged to download the free Players Guide available at Paizo's website to assist with building their characters, but I am additionally willing to work with players on their concept to get them game ready. If you are new to the system and have not built a character before, please feel free to join as our first session will be a Session 0 and I am happy to assist you in getting the ground underneath your feet and some wind in your roleplaying sails. I prefer a 'no homework' policy when it comes to play, so you do not need to worry about needing to correct or alter your character between sessions nor will be required to 'read up on the rules'; questions of this nature will be resolved during play instead. Usage of tools such as Pathbuilder 2E or Wanderer's Guide are encouraged. You may supply your own character art or may choose from a library of licensed art available to my games. This campaign has the Free Archetype rule turned on as well as Keeley's Hero Point Rule (for Hero Points, rolls of less than 10 on the die gain an automatic +10 untyped bonus). You will begin play with standard treasure for a Level 4 character, either in a Lump Sum of gold (140 gp) or the Magic Item approach (one 3rd level, two 2nd level, and one 1st-level common magic item and 30 gp).
