About the adventure
New players welcome! We can catch you up to speed very quickly and integrate your character seamlessly. 3-5 investigators are called to Miskatonic University to investigate a grisly death. The police reported Professor Leiter's death as a simple heart attack, but you all know better. Someone, or something, is responsible for this heinous crime. Will you be able to solve this crime before more victims are murdered? The Horror in Ink is a sandbox mystery campaign that takes place in Arkham, Massachusetts. Throughout the campaign, more and more secrets of Arkham will be slowly revealed. Investigators will come face to face with the unseen horrors of the mythos. Beginners or experienced players are welcome! If you like horror, psychological thrillers, or the 1920s you will love this campaign! Call of Cthulhu is an extremely fun system to immerse yourself in, as it plays out as a noir mystery game that will throw Lovecraftian monsters in during the climax. I look forward to playing with you all! I hope you are spooked, scared, and have a lot of fun.

About me
Greeting adventurers, investigators, and villains! If you're looking for horror games or exciting one-shots with a mix of action and roleplay you've come to the right place. Whether you are a beginner or experienced with TTRPGs, you have a seat at my table. As a DM, I love helping my players get involved in collaborative storytelling. Some of my favorite games to run are Call of Cthulhu, Alien, and Pirate Borg, but I love to play smaller systems that fewer people have heard of. If defeating Eldritch Horrors or skeletal pirates against all odds sounds compelling, I'd love to have you join one of my games.

What Isaiah Bird brings to the table
We will be playing on VTT for rolls but it will be mostly theater of the mind in combat. There will be a large amount of roleplay in and out of combat. The odds are stacked against you, so you will have to use every tool at your disposal in order to survive the Mythos.
