About me
"He’s like Mrs. Dalloway, but with dice." - my favorite review ever Well met, fellow human! Let's sit down and come up with a story, something that we'll be remembering fondly for years afterwards. Let's make up stupid voices and get all emotional over a fake donkey, let's turn up the battle music and feel tension as the enemy moves across the field. Let's create some badass moments. As you may have gathered, I'm a big fan of the collaborative nature of tabletop roleplaying. I believe the game runs best when I don't know what's going to happen next, you don't know what's going to happen next, and we're all just frantic with excitement about the next roll of the dice. We play to find out what happens.

Creating your character
Characters will be created before the first session, using a little info packet I'll send along. All Pathfinder ancestries and classes are allowed, with some exceptions I'll list in the player's guide.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should read up on the Pathfinder 2e rules, prepare a quality microphone, and contact me if they need assistance on creating characters. They will also need a Discord account.
What Brayden brings to the table
I will bring the Foundry virtual tabletop, an adaptation of the War for the Crown adventure path for Pathfinder 2e, music bots, and hundreds of hours of RPG experience.

How Brayden creates a safe table
CW: Players can expect a story focused on some serious and modern-day relevant themes such as discrimination, systemic oppression, political turmoil and warfare. The country of Taldor has an intense hierarchical focus on male human elites, resulting in prejudice against characters on gendered and racial lines. While the story is not focused exclusively on tackling such subjects, they are expected to come up - part of the reason the characters are encouraged to adventure in the first place is to help change Taldor for the better. Content limits and expectations will be actively discussed throughout the campaign and worked into the virtual tabletop as well. This is a campaign focused first and foremost on immersing the players in a complicated political drama featuring multiple factions, conspiracies, and murky moral considerations. The player characters are given assignments from their chosen patron and expected to go on missions on their patron's behalf, but in general, they will have a great deal of flexibility in how those missions are being conducted. You will not be claiming power for yourself. Instead, you will be one of the invisible hands steering the civil war from the shadows. The PCs are super spies that will be matching wits against other scoundrels. Roleplay and a taste for intrigue are highly encouraged for players in the campaign. Combat will be included in the story, but it is by no means the only solution for dealing with any particular situation.
