About the adventure
🕵️‍♂️Explore an ancient and mysterious tomb! ⚔️ Combat! Four boss fights before the final confrontation! ⏳ Unravel the secret to defeating the Demon Queen before she breaks free! Over a thousand years ago the Demon Queen, Nehebkelat, ruled an empire that spanned a continent and subjugated nations. At her side were her four dreadful generals, each of whom led her vast armies of corrupted mortals marching toward their bloody cause of domination. Desperate for a solution that would return the lands to control of the mortals and break the empire of blood’s stranglehold, the Eyes of Aten imprisoned Nehebkelat and her generals. Using powerful magic they shackled them deep within a sacred vault built in an uncharted desert from which no escape would be possible for a thousand years. And now, those thousand years have come to an end.

Creating your character
Characters will be theorycrafted before being built in Foundry. We will use Free Archetype. Characters will be level 15.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a microphone and a Discord account and app installed for voice. All game play and dice rolls are done via Foundry VTT. No purchase necessary. Requires a web browser and hardware acceleration on your computer. https://foundryvtt.com/article/requirements/ Live Tutorials provided if necessary. Please try to be somewhat familiar with your character and have a basic understanding of the rules, but don't ever be afraid to ask questions.
What Maelmord brings to the table
The Foundry game server is hosted on a professional data center, which provides high quality lighted maps, tokens, ambient music and sound effects. There will be action filled combat! Cheesy voices and obscure movie references done by myself. You bring the shenanigans, and I'll give you a place and opportunity to play them!

There is fire, insects, nightmarish monsters, mind control, darkness, death, extreme violence, some gore, spells of all shapes and sizes, and possibly Miniature Giant Space Hamsters, among other untold horrors. Lines and veils, overview, and expectations will be discussed during onboarding. There will be several bio/drink breaks and open door as necessary.
