About the adventure
The streets have recently turned bloody. Where the Dock Ward never was a safe place to be, especially after nightfall, now every morning a new street has been cordoned off by the powerless city guard. The only duty they manage to fill is counting the piling bodies... You are a group of adventurers, who like all adventurers of any sort of renown, meet up at the yawning portal. Where scribe extraordinaire Volo is waiting for you with a tiny little quest hurtling you into the midst of the dealing with the who's who of Waterdeep. Really good and very friendly! Knows how to "yes and" players and can follow them when they 'zig' instead of 'zag', creating a brand new story that no one could've predicted.

How to prepare
Please check that your microphone works and you would be happy to listen to that sound for the duration of the session. A webcam is allowed but not necessary, even though I will most likely be using one for most sessions.
What I provide
The rulebooks, maps Roll20 pro and all the things that come from it. When GM:ing I welcome worldbuilding, narration and input from players. Whenever it feels right if you add in a detail or ask if this would fit in as a part of the world/situation more often than not I agree wholeheartedly. Join the table and be yourself and your character, we aim to have a safe and fun environment for everyone.
Gameplay details
Lines and Veils can be messaged beforehand, but we will go through them together during session 0 Same with X cards, we will go through how to use them and the implementation of it inside of roll20. The deck has an api addon which pings the game master making them aware of a card being played.

How will character creation work
