About the adventure

The story begins during the same time that Boruto Uzumaki enters the Konoha Ninja Academy. While the main character from the anime train in their class, several other classes and student squads exist in the academy, many of whom never appear in the original series, the truth is that the Ninja Academy held many other students across multiple classes—future shinobi who trained, fought, and grew in parallel to the heroes of the anime. In this campaign, the player characters are part of one of these unseen classes. They begin as academy students in the Hidden Leaf Village and gradually grow into genin, chunin, and eventually elite shinobi. Along the way, they uncover a hidden conflict unfolding behind the scenes of the Boruto storyline. While Boruto's generation battles threats from the anime itself, the players discover a second, far older conspiracy threatening the shinobi world. Unknown to the Five Great Nations, a second dark organization has been operating from the shadows for decades—watching the rise and fall of the Akatsuki and preparing their own plan that could eclipse even Madara’s previous ambitions. A secret organization known as The Black Moon (Kurotsuki) has been manipulating events for decades, waiting for the right moment to reshape the world. A secret group older than Akatsuki whose goal is not simply power or obtaining tailed beasts, but control over the origin of chakra itself, and members of this organization are called The Six Apostles of the Black Moon. They believe the ninja world has misunderstood the legacy of the Otsutsuki clan. The players will be the only shinobi aware of this hidden war and conspiracy, will they be able to juggle academy training and saving the world at the same time? Because they will... and YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!!! =============================================== 💥Milestone Leveling as Requested by the Players for longer Adventure 📜Based on None-Canon Storyline in the Narutoverse 📜 Uses the new 2024 D&D Character Sheet in Roll20 📜 Explore the Shinobi World as New Heroes, while Naruto is doing his own thing, you are doing your own against new villains and new story arc 💥 Heavy Combat or Heavy Role-Playing, either you go JUTSU or TALK-NO-JUTSU

About me

Hello there, adventures new and old! Since you're browsing and looking for a game to join, let me tell you a bit about myself first and foremost. I have been into fantasy ever since I was a young lad, be it literature, games, or art. I am also an avid video gamer, pc gamer and have played old RPG game from the early 80s to now. But there is nothing more I enjoyed most but playing roleplaying games with friends and strangers on the table. That was the time I had my first contact with the Tabletop RPG genre, I fell in love with it. I could not only enjoy adventures and worlds made by others by then, and now I could make my own and shared my stories with others. I started with a lot of other RPGs and became a DM at 18. More than twenty years later, I have been the DM in a plethora of campaigns and events. I've played with and hosted in my hometown and city with huge number of friends and strangers in houses, gaming stores, events, conventions, and gaming clubs. I take real care when introducing people to the hobby as everyone's first time should be special so they can love the hobby as much as I do. My main goal is to have fun games where my players can feel comfortable and become invested in the world I created and the players can journey in. Nothing makes me feel happier in RPGs than listening to my players enthusiastically recount the tales we have created together and then coming back for more. As they say, the degree of success for a session or campaign is judged by how long after the players talk about it. As far as paid DMing is concerned, it is my firm belief that a professional DM is expected to have high standards in his attitude towards the game and the players. And you can expect as such from me. If all the above got your attention, I hope I will see you in one of my games!

Character creation

Creating your character

Characters start out at the same Level up until the Existing Players Characters Level. There are pre-made characters available for all players. If a player wishes to make their own character they can contact me before the game session to discuss character creation.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

The only things a player needs for this game is a microphone. A webcam is optional. Getting familiar with Discord for audio and Roll20 for maps is beneficial but not necessary. However roll20 to be tested is highly recommended for dice rolling, improved maps and the visual showcase. If a player has access to the D&D2024 books from Roll20 rules to go over it will help them quickly pick up the game.

What Roll20Dad brings to the table
