About the adventure
A remarkable journal is unearthed during an archaeological excavation in the heart of Eastern Europe. Carbon dating reveals its origins to be around the Triassic Age, a notion that seems utterly ludicrous. The most esteemed scholars from around the globe flock to examine this astonishing find. The implications of its age are mind-boggling; it hails from an era long before dinosaurs roamed the planet, a time when the continents were fused into a single landmass. Scientific consensus insists, almost shouts, that no humans existed during that epoch—no life form capable of crafting a journal or inscribing its pages. Your cabal/amalgam faces an unprecedented challenge: to acquire and unravel the mysteries of a journal that predates all known history. The journey will take you to a fabled city cursed in ancient times and an ancient force that spells doom. Relentless foes are determined to unleash their terrifying brand of chaos upon you, while an enigmatic third party lurks in the shadows, biding their time for the perfect moment to strike. How to prepare
All you need is a microphone and a desire for an amazing story! Video is available, but is not required. Session 0 will be free
What I provide
I will have Roll20 ready with maps, artwork, handouts, full ambient music, and what Mage resources Roll20 has available. I will also have legal use PDFs available for any players who need them as well as a walkthrough for new players to create their first Mages.
Gameplay details
I have a Google form I will send you once you sign up that will very thoroughly go through lines and veils. I also use digital and/or messaged and/or held up on video X, N, & 0 cards. I am also available after each session for aftercare, as needed. At session 0 we will go over lines and veils that were filled out ahead of time (anonymously) so player expectations can be set.

How will character creation work
We will discuss characters at session 0. There is no charge for this introductory session. If you prefer to create ahead of time, feel free to prepare a basic Mage, maybe even 2 so we have good player balance, but expect to make some changes as I will go over my custom homebrew additions to character creation. Additionally, this game allows both Technocracy and Tradition mages, but no Nephandi or Marauder PCs and no "chaotic evil" types.
