About the adventure
š„ North of the Sea of Fallen Stars, the lands of Damara are on a collision course with fate and death. A cult is on the rise, and an entire race is guarding an unknown secret. Rumors of war to the east are rising, and ancient secrets will throw the realms into jeopardy before long. You may not be heroes, at least not heroes yet, but fate has woven its strands into your soul along with several others. š Journey and adventure in Faeurun. Meet and befriend some old faces, or perhaps make enemies of them. Delve into dungeons for gold, persuade a dragon to not melt you into a puddle of goo, rescue a town under attack by goblins or even make a deal with a devil. An original story will unfold as you adventure with a group of heroes making your own mark in history. A campaign that will build and evolve based on your actions as players. š§ A adventure through the Forgotten Realms, an overarching story that you can be spectators for, or involved with. Small campaign arcs and stories created by your own actions. šØāš» My style is strong RP and story elements created by my players as we run. About me
Hi, I am Paul. I have been a game master for near a decade now running a couple games a week, and love every moment that I get to see others enjoy the worlds that I bring to the table, virtual or real. I have hosted many different systems, and enjoy many of them for their unique style and scope, and hope to share some of those with new friends. What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have a working mic and discord account for voice chat, although I will use a webcam as video does bring a much more immersive and better connecting relationship with a group, I do not require it from players if they wish to only have voice. FoundryVTT only requires players to have a web browser. Other than that, just bring yourself to the session and have fun.
What Paul brings to the table
I will bring knowledge, maps, 2.5d tokens, music and sounds, images to fill the imagination, and creativity to provide an enjoyable game, it is the small things that all add up.

How Paul creates a safe table
I will be running a session 0 for character creation as well as information about the game, I will then run a full session as a pre-campaign so we can all see how the characters work, iron out any details, and get a taste of how I GM. This is also to allow a change in schedule be smooth so we don't potentially have someone moving in mid-beginning. Your first two sessions are free, I want to make sure you are going to enjoy the game with no pressure. I am available to answer any topics leading up to the start of the game. We will do Stars and Wishes and any honest criticism of the adventure afterwards, as my main goal is to provide a completely enjoyable experience for everyone. As this game is open to complete beginners, I will take the time to answer and teach the game while we play to those who would like it.
