About me

Hi there, I'm Sergio! What can I say, I've been playing RPGs since I was 14 and GMing since I was 16. I've been fascinated by RPGs since I was 12, it all started when I got my hands on my first Lone Wolf gamebook, then it was only natural, thanks to videogames I played and movies I saw, to delve into the tabletop world itself. To me tabletop RPGs are an hobby that can bring people together and the table - virtual or not - should mean fun and relaxation for everyone. I'm not saying we should forget about the world out there... but the worries that the world brings, we can leave them at the door for a couple hours.

Character creation

Creating your character

The characters will start at level 1 and will be created in the game using the character sheets provided by Foundry Virtual Tabletop. While most of the character creation should happen during session 0, players can request to add details or modify the character sheets privately and asynchronously before the campaign starts by messaging me directly so that we can come to an agreement on the date and time.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

The bare minimum to prepare for the session is a working mic, a discord account for voice chat, a web browser and a decent internet connection. If you feel comfortable using a webcam, you are free to do so. Also, since the campaign is open to all, I will initially help you with any rule needed. But after a while you will need to know - at least - the rules concerning your character.

What Sergio "Snakehelm" Baglio brings to the table

I will provide Foundry Virtual Tabletop run on ngrok, so no need for you to create any sort of account. Also, I'll try to be as free as possible for any private off-game explanation if required.

Safety

How Sergio "Snakehelm" Baglio creates a safe table

This is a campaign that, in certain points, deals with dark topics. As the GM, I'll try to make the players as comfortable as possible, talking with the players before and after the session if needed. Session 0 will be useful in that regard too as we'll be talking about what players can expect and - on top of the more mechanical topics like the party composition - how should certain themes be dealt with.
