About me
Well Hello there, My name is Matt, but my mom calls me Matthew. I have been an avid player and dm of D&D 5e for 6+ years now. I first got into D&D after a friend bought the starter set and asked if I wanted to try being the DM. 6 years later and I'm still the DM of that game that plays weekly. I am a hyper active person by nature and doing funny or odd voices has always been something I enjoyed doing, it just so happens that translates well into tabletop role-playing games. I am comfortable with improv and moving a story as the players dictate. I try to keep my games a mix of roleplay, combat, and exploration. I began looking at hosting games to find more ways to express my love for the game and to help others find that table they have been looking for. Creating your character
Level 12 characters will be created prior to game session. Stats can be rolled via the discord server where we do the standard roll 4d6 keep the highest 3. You may roll stats twice and pick the set you prefer prior, again all stats must be rolled via the discord server. Players may choose magical items as follows, 1 rare 1 uncommon 1 common 3 potions of greater healing You can trade up your rare for a very rare at the expense of the uncommon and potions. In that case you will start with, 1 very rare 1 common
What to expect
Preparing for the session
A mic is required for our games as well as discord to communicate. I will work with players up to game day to prepare charterers and answer any questions.
What Stegilsaurus (Matt) brings to the table
You will need a dndbeyond account and forgevtt account where I host the foundry game. I perform character voices, ambient music and try to stick to RAW, but rule of cool is not off the table at any point.
