Meet the Game Master
About me
I love to tell stories! And I love to play games! TTRPGs are an amazing way to tell a collective, one-a-kind story. They're also an excellent tool for meeting friends and escaping reality for a bit! I've been playing TTRPGs for more than 10 years, and I've been running games for more than 5 years. I dipped my toe into the TTRPG waters by playing Vampire: The Masquerade and immediately fell in love. Then I was introduced to Pathfinder. Obvi, I became hooked. D&D 5e is really where my interest in running games began. I loved the storytelling aspect. I loved the roleplay. I loved it all. As a professional voice actor, TTRPGs are a wonderful platform to test out character voices. And that's an element I bring to games I run. I want to create characters you love (maybe loathe) and remember. And I want you to be able to do the same! I ensure a safe, inclusive space for all players and myself. Roleplaying is always encouraged but never required to be part of the game. The goal of any game I run is to tell an amazing story and to have fun in the process! I'd be honored to lead your gaming group to tell a fantastic story together.

Creating your character
Characters for this campaign start at (the dreaded) Level 1 with milestone level progression. Characters are to be created with the standard point-buy system found in the Players' Handbook. Players are invited to come to Session 0 with their characters already created, but there will be time during that session to work on characters. If you're overwhelmed by the process of creating a character, no worries! I have pre-generated characters you can "adopt" and adventure with.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players do not need to be on camera if they do not wish. Session communication will take place via Discord. Gameplay will be hosted on Roll20. Players do not need any special equipment, books or physical dice. All dice rolls will take place on the virtual tabletop platform. Players should have a good working microphone and high-speed internet to participate in gaming sessions.
What Brindolyn brings to the table
I will provide character tokens using descriptions players provide of their characters. Maps are hosted in Roll20, and players will have access to the full compendium of D&D content for spells, equipment, etc. As a professional voice actor, I'll create characters you love and loathe. I'll also coach any player who is interested in developing their role-playing chops in game. I'm a sucker for a good map, so you'll have access to module map content as well as maps made via Inkarnate. We're creating an immersive world together, and we'll definitely need a map or two to make our way around.
