About the adventure
The Starfinder 2e playtest has launched and we're blazing through it! Learn the system, learn the lore and heck, who knows, make some friends while you're at it! If you're into space fantasy, psionics, laser guns, and discovering what the vacuum of space does to you without appropriate protection, hop on in! Join our group of a Solarian, Soldier, Envoy and Mechanic as they deal with the birth of a new Eldritch god, bounty hunting, space politics, and the rise of a new galactic crimelord: Gavin the Bank Clerk. Open to both new and experienced players. Get a primer on what the 2nd Edition will have to offer when it officially launches.

About me
Hello weary travelers, stay awhile and listen. My name is Jason, and I have been playing TTRPGs in earnest since 2013, starting with Pathfinder 1e, and I have been a Game Master since 2016. I excitedly transitioned to Pathfinder 2e during the playtest, and have not looked back. I have a current group that has been together since 2019, working their way through our second long term campaign. I have hosted close to 500 sessions, accounting for thousands of hours of play. Creating your character
These playtest scenarios will have the Starfinder pregenerated iconic characters available. If you wish to make your own character we can make that happen as well! Choose from the six classes and numerous ancestries available and make the perfect character for you! Soldier, witchwarper, Operative, there's a class and build out there to tickle everybody's creative bone!
This adventure will consist of the new Cosmic Birthday adventure and supplemental scenarios just released with the playtest along with homebrew and spur of the moment adventures to keep things moving along.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Links to Foundry VTT and a discord will be provided prior to session start. All players at a minimum will require voice communications via Discord and internet/computer access for foundry. Webcams are not required though I will utilize mine.
What Jason brings to the table
🎲VTT utilizing the module packs with some custom maps/tokens/assets as required. I have a curated list of modules I've been using to enhance the experience on either side of the table. 🎙️I will be doing character voices (badly at times) there will be ambient music for those interested along with some interesting spell/combat effects. 🆚The combats are numerous and at times rigorous and I generally stick to rules as written though I can fit in rule of cool via the written rules with my experience.

How Jason creates a safe table
We will have a Session 0 to discuss everything but...the table will operate by the Golden Rule: treat others as you wish to be treated which should be with respect and understanding. I have an open door policy where if anyone becomes uncomfortable they merely need to private message me and corrective actions will be taken. Finally, breaks will be scheduled but also taken as requested.
