About the adventure
A Campaign Ive run many times now. With my own touches, not straight from the book. Great way to learn how to play D&D, learn 5e. All new players or old experienced forever DMs are welcome. Will progress through the lands surrounding Neverwinter on the Sword Coast of the Forgotten Realms. Free session 1. Campaign is intended to run about 15 sessions, but can run faster or slower depending on group.

About me
Ill be honest, this is to cover my bar tab. I started DMing about a year ago, and really enjoy it with the right group. Unfortunately its not practical to always have a bar tab covered while playing. The best campaigns always have someone with a Alchemy Jug along. Been running several scripted campaigns now for different groups of different ages. Recently got hired by a game shop to run a quest for their store, and figured Id reach out online with my abilities. Been playing D&D since college 15 years ago. And everyone needs a chocobo!

Creating your character
Character creation during session 0 @ level 1. Stats via standard array. Characters out of standard D&D 5e Players Guide, Xanthars, or Tashas. Other races to be discussed with DM. No firearms.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Microphone is required. Dnd Beyond requested but not required for character sheets. Webex software to be used, needs to be installed (free account, DM will host) (can be used on phone, PC/Laptop, and many tablets. Camera optional and not required. Please have either dice or a way to roll virtually.
What Mad DM Kyle brings to the table
D&D Beyond Campaign hosted via video sharing on Webex meeting software. DM will host, software is free to use with a host (free account creation required). DM will provide maps, tokens. Background music Various other content and platforms as needed, will be discussed with group as need arises Video broadcasting of scenes (via webex) Pictures of chocobos and cats!

How Mad DM Kyle creates a safe table
Content will be discussed in Session 0, along with lines/veils established. This will be an adult game, alcohol consumed, and the DM occasionally curses worse than a sailor. Open Door/characters moving in/out will be easily incorporated.
