Game style
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.
West Marches
West Marches games are typically ran as “drop-in / drop-out” campaigns, where a pool of players hop into sessions as they are available or as sessions align with their schedules. These games focus on a player-led story and exploration, with each session acting as a self contained adventure, allowing for players to experience a variety of stories within an overarching campaign.
Current party: - Bummers (gnome legacy biomancer wizard) - Louis Normandie (corvum 2024 bard/ undead legacy warlock) - DOK (mycelian kenku alchemist artificer) We'll be using milestones for leveling and the current level is 4. Hunts will go up to level 20.

How to prepare
Players will need: - A working microphone. - A Discord account for the server. - A Roll20 account to access the table. Optional: - Beyond20 extension to use D&D Beyond sheets. - Any other content you want to bring to the table.
What I provide
- A private discord server for players to chat and make posts. - A Roll20 pro account that allows the use of the compendium, dynamic lighting on maps, and the new Jumpgate features to improve the flow of gameplay. - Both the old and updated rules for 5e. - "Heliana's Guide to Monster Hunting" by Max Wartelle, João Araújo, Mage Armoire, Tony Casper, Kevin “Smood” McDonnell, Jethro Mellors, and Duncan Watson. - Additional books and PDFs that can be used as references. - Maps made from Inkarnate, DungeonFog, CzePeku, and others. - A quest board for players to look at and choose which adventure or quests to take. - Voicemod to help change my voice for different characters and add soundboards for some sound effects.
Gameplay details
I will provide a document for any table rules that must be covered. We can take 10-15 minute breaks during longer sessions if needed. This is an open-door campaign, so players can come and go as required. Please inform me in advance if you won't attend a session or need to leave early. If any issues arise, we can discuss how to improve future games.

How will character creation work
Here are some guidelines for character creation: - Character sheets will be available to create and edit on the journal tab on Roll20. - You can use the character creator feature to simplify building your adventurer or start from scratch. - Stats will be determined by the standard array or rolling 4d6 and dropping the lowest die. - For newer players, I will assist in any way I can help in character building and understanding mechanics. - You can use the rules provided in the Roll20 compendium. However, you can inquire about using other references that can be edited into your sheet as well. - If you want to jump in without all the complicated steps of making a character, Roll20 provides several premade ones you can select to start playing! I may also provide additional ones when necessary.
