About the adventure
We'll be using the Remaster Rules. We'll be playing on Discord. Maps will be provided through Google Slides. The expectation is that you'll post at least once a day. I will post several times a day depending on what's happening. Season of Ghosts (Levels 1-12): Something strange is happening to your hometown of Willowshore! Nestled on the banks of a river winding through the legendary Specterwood in Tian Xia’s haunted land of Shenmen, the people of Willowshore are no strangers to supernatural threat, but the danger that comes to town on the first day of summer is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Over the four seasons to come, you and your fellow home-grown heroes must face evil spirits, sinister fiends, and frightening curses, lest the town of Willowshore succumb to the Season of Ghosts! This fantastic Adventure Path is right up my alley. It's full of mystery and Asian horror influences. I may change up certain elements of the encounters in a way to be more enjoyable, logical, or dramatic. I don't find the combat overwhelmingly hard like other APs so there is definitely more of a concentration on role-playing, exploration, and investigation in these adventures. To make it even more enjoyable, I'm requiring that everyone choose a background from the Season of Ghost's Player's Guide.

Hi there! My name is Joe and I live on the east coast near New York City in the US. Mainly experienced in D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, and Legend of the Five Rings 4e, I'm an RPG veteran of 33 years and I have thousands of hours of experience, mostly DMing. Despite my experience, I'm only 45-years-young. My favorite thing about playing RPGs is role-playing, problem solving, combat, and planning. I often throw humor into my roleplaying and horror into my GMing. I love fantasy and science fiction books, movies, and TV. We'll be using the Pathfinder 2e Remaster rules. Think about your backstory! Characters are from Willowshore and MUST SELECT A BACKGROUND FROM THE PLAYER'S GUIDE: https://downloads.paizo.com/SeasonofGhosts_PlayersGuide.pdf Make your character concept as complex or simple as you like! Please use Pathbuilder (Remaster) to make a new 1st-level character, or I can walk you through character creation if you want help. Variant Rules we'll use: - Free Archetype - Ancestry Paragon - Gradual Ability Boosts (GAB) with a caveat: No ability score can be increased to +5 until level 10 (rather than level 7 like most people would do); i.e. you leave it for last in that second GAB set. This should help the math jive a bit more to keep it in line with the balance I want for this game. Thank you for understanding.

We'll take breaks for major US holidays. You will need: - Discord account (free) - The ability to post on Discord at least once a day - Pathbuilder account (free) - Reliable internet connection - An eager and pleasant attitude and a desire to have fun
